I’ve had nothing but good experiences so far bringing my pup here since March, they are so kind and patient and will answer any questions you may have regarding anything! The only problem I’ve had that makes my rating not a 5 was a pickup vet visit, where I wasn’t communicated what time I needed to pick my puppy up when dropping him off, and they told me after I called at 12:30 that it was 12PM. My pup loves the people there though so they’re doing something right! I would say if you have insurance the price is reasonable but without it, it could be quite pricey as expected.

Jessie helped me out today with my saluki Habibti. She was completely transparent and very gentle with my pup. Ultimately she convinced me to sign up for a pet care plan for recurring treatment and preventative care. I didn't feel pressured at all and have been completely satisfied with the care my girl has received here since her ear infection earlier this year! I know pet insurance policies exist out there, but the convenience of the location and the direct care is very easy to justify.

We’re a military family and move every 2-3 years. Finding a vet can be stressful on the pets. The team at this location has been incredible. From urgent visits, to the kindness of understanding when funds are tight, they’ve worked with us to find the best solutions for our cat and bulldog. Dr. King always took extra time to answer questions. Bella is now 11 and needed an eye removal. A local ophthalmologist quoted us at over $5k and we were devastated. Dr. Giles was able to do the procedure at a much more reasonable price and did an outstanding job. The entire team at the front desk (shoutout to Moira) was always helpful, patient, and kind. Bella is doing so well now (we’ve since moved again) and we are definitely missing the staff in San Diego. Thank you for all you do!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I dropped my dog off by their recommendation so they could have time to run all tests and exams they needed on him instead of the 30 min exam where I can be there. The poor guy was terrified. Tell me why I had to keep calling them asking when I can pick him up and finally after 8 hours they told me he’s ready. When I got there they inform me they weren’t able to run any tests because he was so scared. I would have picked him up hours before if they had just told me. I’d rather them admit they can’t examine him then keep him there terrified for hours and then try to charge me for medicine. I told them I don’t want the meds as I don’t want to give them a dime. Everyone just kept saying to me "that’s how it goes sometimes" do not bring your pet to this unprofessional establishment. I’m just really sad for my dog and that I trusted them

Antoinette and Dr. King are phenomenal experience in caring for animals is just beyond compared. They were very tentative and understanding and answered all my questions that I had and my concerns that I had about my pet they took the time to check everything and go over details I felt so relieved knowing that my pet is in good hands is being taken well. Care of the whole team is amazing and outstanding. I wish I can give them more than just five stars. Banfield at Murphy Canyon is great and number one in my book thank you thank you for your service and your time and your kindness.

I was insecure about my life with my pet wiggles has anxiety of abandonment and I couldn't let be by her self when she needs me the most. Vetac was awesome! And very helpful in letting me understand what need to be done. And vet Dr. Confirm that wiggles will be ok she will fall asleep then the dental cleaning will be done in no time. So both deserve a a+. Thanks to all the staff that got to meet wiggles. Banner vet hospital next to Walmart on Murphy Cannon.
