I went to this location due to concerns about my cat’s recent weight gain and the technician Ashly really helped to dispel my anxiety about my cat’s health. She made great small talk with me and really made me feel comfortable, and she handled my baby with care. Despite my cat being super skeptical and anxious, I could tell that she started to feel a little more relaxed with her (granted she was still pretty nervous, but she stopped hiding in her head in a corner everytime the technician walked in). Dr Hartwig was also very clear about what steps I needed to take to improve her condition, and also was so friendly with me. I went to this location because it’s what my mom recommended and I’m so glad I did. They were so sweet to my cat and answered any questions or concerns I had. The price was also much lower than expected, so I was really happy about that. I would highly recommend this location as the staff are super friendly and helpful!

Not pleased with the Veteranerian and her "bedside manner" telling me and my daughter that our dog probably had a blood cancer without doing any testing at all. Then cutting on her mouth during surgery without permission when all she had to do is call. To top it all off, when I took my dog in to get the stitches out of her backside. The vet didn't use gloves to remove the stitches and then examined her mouth with the same ungloved hands. Resulting in an infection in her mouth. I tried to get someone to call me back regarding the lack of care but never received call. The technicians were all very friendly and helpful.

Always friendly and helpful. Even helped us with price comparison of SimPerica Trio for 3 months was less online than purchasing at our vet visit. Plus opened up prescription online for easy access and reordering. Also, love that the staff are familiar with our dogs. Barney and Jojo. That personal touch is just so appreciated.

Dr Cruz and Ari always do a phenomenal job on my cat. The staff there treats my Peaches with such care and love. We will go nowhere else when it comes to her care. Pricing is reasonable but they do it the RIGHT way than other places. They even have pet insurance!! Vetco is where the pets should go ❤️😀

Great experience, the vet tech Ashley was super sweet to me and my fur baby and even sent us home with the treat he didn’t finish.

We couldn't be happier with the folks at Thrive. We were at a private vet, and we got pretty generic treatment. After switching to thrive we have gotten nothing but excellent treatment and great custo.er service, they even call us and text us several times. DR. Peter's is great she really cares, and the office staff is soo very helpful and kind. We have four Schnauzers and they don't ever resist going. I take my dog there for her heart murmer. She is doing great they put her on medication and shes still only a grade 2.
