We recently spent two very long days at this emergency veterinary hospital with our dog, and despite the stress of the situation, every single person we encountered was professional, compassionate, and genuinely caring. From the front desk staff to the technicians and veterinarians, everyone treated both our dog and our family with kindness and respect. It was obvious that the staff was working incredibly hard and doing everything possible to care for a large number of patients, many of whom had very serious emergencies. Emergency medicine is never easy, and while the wait times were long due to the number of critical cases being treated, we always felt that our dog was in capable and caring hands. The veterinarians took the time to explain findings, discuss options, and answer our questions, which helped us make informed decisions about her care. Most importantly, we could see that the entire team truly cares about animals and the people who love them. During a very emotional and exhausting experience, their compassion made a difference. Thank you to everyone who helped care for our dog. We are grateful for your dedication, professionalism, and the difficult work you do every day.

Our Bentley was reaching the end of his journey. After hoping he'd make a comeback, we had to face the hard truth that he wasn't. The entire staff at Mission were amazing. I wish I had been more focused and noticed names but it was an overwhelming night. It felt as if they held our hands through the entire experience. The sweet kindness they showed us will be something I remember always. Thank you to everyone who helped us that night. We truly appreciate you all.

Mission Vet saved my puppy Kevin’s life after he was diagnosed with parvo, and I am beyond grateful. Dr. Robinson, Dr. Sam, Dr. Hindmarsh, Karina, and Angie were all incredible. They kept me very well informed every step of the way—sharing both the good and the bad—and always took the time to explain what was happening. Their honesty, compassion, and constant communication helped me completely trust them during such a scary time. I can’t thank this team enough for everything they did for Kevin and for our family!

I just wanted to say thank you so much for your kindness and empathy shown to me and my family. My baby crossed over the rainbow bridge today and they showed so much compassion and allowed me to spend the time I needed with her. I knew this day would happen sooner rather than later just never imagined it so soon and my world stopped for a moment. Thank you kind staff, yall do not get enough praise for doing what yall do. Brought my 12 lb Chihuahua here due to a severe rash and GI symptoms. Was told it was a "bug bite" got some Benadryl and sent home. My dog ended up actually having hemmorragic gastroenteritis. Left untreated this is a very serious issue, especially for small breeds. When I called back to let them know I had to resort to other ERs- because they're always at max capacity- they only cared about me coming back in to pay a new exam fee. No way to communicate with the vet who injected him. It had only been 2 days. Why would I pay an exam fee again? It's 48 hours. There is no compassion at this facility. They really let me and my pup down and I would never recommend this ER to anyone, especially not for serious conditions. Very grateful I found a more skilled team at another clinic and he is on the road to recovery.

They were amazing with our Maggie Mae! They got her fixed back up and we were able to take her home in about 2 hours time. If anything happens to any of our 3 Boston Terriers in the future and needs an emergency vet,..you can bet this is where we’ll be going!! Thanks again y’all

Called on the phone about my dog potentially having something lodged in his ear after running around in the backyard. My dog was yelping, shaking, and would not let me touch his ear at all without crying in pain. The receptionist on the phone made it seem like he’d be seen quickly upon arrival. When I got there , they collected $200 and said he’d be seen shortly. "Shortly" turned into two hours with NO update….finally my boyfriend got up and asked what the status was for our dog on the list. The receptionist said our dog looked next on her screen , but she wasn’t sure what the screen looked like for the Veterinarian on shift in the back. Why she didn’t check to verify I have no idea. 15-20 minutes go by and she asks if we wanted an update. YES?! I was confused why that would even be a question when we already asked for one. She never followed-up with us on an answer to let us know if someone was coming out to talk to us or what….10 minutes go by and a tech comes out saying our dog would be seen soon. 20 minutes go by…At this point I became extremely agitated and called different emergency vets to find out which ones had no wait times. I found one and told the lady at the front we needed a refund as we were going to a different vet to have our dog seen. She leaves to go to the back to make sure the refund was ok , and now they were coincidentally ready for my dog. I was only informed the one time the vet tech came out 2hrs into us waiting. Why have that sign posted about updates if the receptionists don’t actually follow up on any type of status. My pet is my family and seeing him in pain for two hours was difficult to watch. If the wait time was long why not give customers a warning so they can explore other options for their loved one? Also they didn’t give us his leash back when they returned him to us sedated. Now we have to buy a new one…
