We were able to get a short notice tooth repair with our longtime doctor "Mike Woolley. Absolutely great dentistry for our rescue Doby/Rotty mix(we think). The end result was great and we thank you for your scheduling and repair. You can’t do this without a great staff and technicians…Thankyou from Scooter and the Kinney’s
I TOTALLY just love Dr.Wollie & the staff at the desk. I don't know about the rest of the staff because I haven't met them yet. The cost is a bit pricey but we'll worth it for the care of our pets. The only complaint I have is I was told to have my dog in for surgery between 7am - 8am & waited for 4 hours before the techs came to prep for surgery. And no, I wasn't about to leave my fur-baby by himself in a cage to wait by himself. All in all, I was there from 7am - 2pm then I had to, obviously wait till the Anastasia to wear off & was able to leave with my fur-baby at 3:30pm. The doctor is very friendly with a great bedside manner & the front desk lady's are as well.
Vets really are amazing. What ultimately made me switch to another clinic was the constant inability to get refills handled in a timely way—both prescription food and prescription medications that my dog cannot miss. The last two times, I started the refill process two weeks before we were due to run out. I sent multiple emails and made multiple calls, and each time I was told to expect a 24–48 hour turnaround—then nothing happened unless I followed up again. As a customer, I shouldn’t have to babysit the office to make sure essential prescriptions are processed. I’ve also been given conflicting explanations, ranging from "we can’t get the vet to sign off" to "we don’t work with Chewy anymore," and that I need to order through the clinic’s preferred online store, which is more expensive. It’s really unfortunate, because the veterinarian was thorough during appointments. But anything outside the exam room—especially time-sensitive refills—was consistently frustrating and far more difficult than it should be.
I needed to take 2 of my birds for routine nail and beak trim. The staff was very friendly. The whole appointment went quickly and I didn't have to wait long. The doctor was very nice and knowledgeable about birds. I will definitely go back again in the future.
This is a great Vet to take your fur babies. The staff was nice and helpful. Not only that but you can get later appts which is ideal. Dr Wooley is awesome. I brought Hope and Faith in for the first time. Kitten rescues. He was thorough, informative and very nice. This will be my go to Vet for all my furbabies.
Had to leave a review here. My pup was having a very urgent situation, and we decided to rush him to the vet. At first, we went to our primary vet, North Star 410 Animal Hospital. It was when they first opened, and they had no veterinarian there, not sure why you're open with no vet, but anyways, the front desk lady acted so uncaring while my spouse is panicking about our dog's life and hands us a card for an ER. Luckily, we found Loop 410 Veterinary Hospital, the staff was kind, got us in quickly, answered our questions, and made us feel welcomed, heard, and respected. I will now be moving to this vet as my primary. If I have to spend money, someone who cares about my pups as they care about theirs is the only place I want to go, no matter how much it costs. I give this place a solid 5/5, 10/10. I just hope they will write prescriptions to Chewy should I ever need it for food as my insurance is through Chewy and only covers their rx food 100%. If not, ill probably have to keep looking.
They were able to help my dog who was having an allergic reaction. Considering this was an emergency, I think the price was very reasonable. The emergency exam alone was $149 & with my dogs meds it was a little under $300 total. The only reason I rate it 4 stars is because even though this was considered an emergency, and I was charged the emergency price, they did not treat it as such at first. The receptionist was a little rude and when I walked in the door she said "I’ll be right with you." Then my mom, who was with me, walked in slightly behind me and started talking to the receptionist & the receptionist cut my mom off and said in a rude tone "I will be right with you." Which was off putting because my mom simply did not hear her the first time, since she walked in after me. Then they took him back & we were waiting in the lobby. A vet tech came from the back, while the doctor and receptionist were charting notes, and tried speaking to the doctor and said "we have an emergency…". But the doctor and receptionist paid the vet tech no mind, and the doctor continued talking to the receptionist while she noted what was being said. They took forever, or what felt like forever, to finish while the vet tech was patiently waiting for the doctor to finish so they can give my dog the medication he needed. My dog face was actively swelling and getting worse & they had us waiting for treatment which stressed me out. Mind you the notes being taken weren’t an emergency, they were figuring out scheduling which I feel could have waiting until after my dog was seen. Regardless, they were able to help my dog and he is okay. The doctor was also really nice & I appreciate everything he did for my baby.
