I just wanted to take a moment to express how grateful I am for the wonderful staff at the clinic. They were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. Being in a stressful situation with my pet was very difficult for me, but the team truly helped me feel calm and reassured throughout the entire process. I really appreciated the way they treated my pet with such care and compassion. It was clear that they genuinely care about the animals they treat, and that meant a lot to me. The staff also took the time to clearly explain everything that was happening, answering my questions and making sure I understood the situation and the treatment options. Their professionalism, empathy, and dedication made a very hard moment much easier to handle. I’m truly thankful for the care they provided to both my pet and me.

The staff and veterinarian at All Creatures Great and Small Veterinary Hospital were incredibly friendly and helpful from start to finish. They made us feel comfortable right away and were amazing with our tortoise, Sheldon, who we found out is actually a girl! lol…They took the time to explain everything clearly. Such a great experience and we truly appreciated their care, kindness, and professionalism.

Dr. Davis and her staff is amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and so empathetic. We came in due to our baby sulcata tortoise being lethargic. They saw us immediately. Our baby was unfortunately too far gone but we opted to keep trying. They gave him a round of antibiotics and some vials to take home to administer. Unfortunately our little Tortie didn’t make it. They just overall gave us a great experience even when the outcome wasn’t what we hoped for. I got another sulcata and will be taking him back to this office! I’ve been taking my dogs with Dr. Davis, for over 10 years, and I truly can’t imagine trusting anyone else with their care. The entire team is incredibly compassionate, patient, and genuinely loves animals. They always take the time to explain things clearly, never rush appointments, and treat my dogs like family. Their pricing is fair and transparent, and I’ve never felt pushed into unnecessary treatments. It’s such a comfort knowing my pets are in caring, knowledgeable hands. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a vet they can trust long-term.

Dr. Davis is always professional and tells you what is going on with your pet. She has taken care of my pets for years. The vet technician are very good. They are gentle and caring for my pets

Dr. Davis cares for three of our dogs since they were puppies. On short notice, she would allow us to bring our puppy up there and be a "fill in" in between appointments when it is urgent. She truly cares! Has a family like environment, they care for our babies!

Been coming to ACGSVH for about 10 years with my multiple dogs, who are family to me. Dr Davis and staff set the bar high on being friendly and courteous, and giving me total comfort in knowing they have the best concerns for my "kids". ❤️🐾
