I cannot thank Rene enough for the incredible care she gave my Pitbull today. My baby was barking and growling at everything the moment we walked in. I was already nervous, especially when I noticed not everyone was as welcoming to my nervous pit but Renee completely saved the day and didn't treat my dog like a menace. She stepped in with so much love and even gave my baby a stuffed animal to help her settle. It was clear Renee knew exactly how to handle a nervous pup. She took such extra care that by the end, she even had my dog howling on command at no extra charge! I felt like my dog was in good hands on Renee's watch. If you have a 'tough' or nervous breed, ask for Rene. **Highly recommend for spay and neuter services!** Rene makes this place 5 stars.
I have had nearly 50 cats altered here. I do trap & release of feral and community cats in my area. They offer spay, nueter, shots, microchips, flea control all at VERY little to no cost. If it weren't for CSNC there would be tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands more unwanted, sick, frightened and abused animals in the sacramento area. The staff is compassionate and tireless. Please donate to this worthy and desperately needed organization.
No words can express how much I appreciate the CSNS team!!! My puppy Simba just had the surgery to get neutered yesterday and he’s doing well so far!!! All the staff there are very considering and loving, they’re also knowledgeable about what they are doing! My puppy been having this environmental allergy issue, and we been to the vet multiple times, even with the allergy shot and meds, nothing seems to help. As mindful as they are, they provided lots of useful advices to help out my puppy. This morning I missed a call from the clinic, their manager Renee left a detailed voice message on what I should give it a try next to help out with my puppy. I want to thank you every each one of you that had provided all the amazing services under such a limited time!! Thank you guys so so much!!
I’m so beyond thankful for my experience with this clinic. They have safely fixed 3 cats for me, two neuters one spay. I got the call my cat was out of surgery only 3 hours after dropping her off so I wasn’t worrying all day until pick up time at 4. ADVICE TO GET AN APPOINTMENT: Check for appointment slots OFTEN / daily, not just the first Monday of the month or whatever. Sometimes there will be an opening for as early as the next day, but don’t be discouraged if there’s none, just keep checking.
This place and staff has been truly a blessing to my family. My fur daughter had a complicated pregnancy we had to get her fixed afterwards and when I say the staff here welcomed my baby in with open arms. Took great care of her. She then got sick with something on her skin and when I say the doctor knew exactly what to give her. My baby lovessssssssssss everyone here! Thank you so much COMMUNITY SPRAY NEUTER CLINIC for saving another family and being so sweet, helpful, knowledgeable and loving to our fur babies!!! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ YOU GUYS ROCK! #DaisysFavoriteplace #OurFavoritePeople
I neutered my cat here about a year ago and before he got surgery he was spraying all over my house and we took him to the vet and they told us he would never stop spraying since he already began, and they were charging us 300$ for the surgery. Thankfully i joined the waitlist here and i got an appointment quickly throughout the day i was very worried about my kitty but the clinic called me to update me and let me know he was okay. I was only charged 100$ which is very affordable for me and they treated him with so much care let us know he was very stressed but to make sure after care was given. A year later my kitty has no behavioral issues and no longer sprays!!! Thank you so much🥹
They were wonderful with my dog who needed surgery. They talked to him as they walked him away and were talking to him when they brought him out to me. The surgical wounds (there were two) were well done and are healing beautifully.
