This review is specifically for Amelia. (Preface this to say I thought my appt was at 1:15 when it was at 1 pm, I had rescheduled from the morning because of work meetings). So I was there 15min late and then we I was about to check in, Amelia came behind the receptionist and said something about 1 pm. I didn't even put two and two together because I thought I was on time. Anyways, when I heard her say "I was not going to have him be a drop off because his is only vaccinations" I realized I was the one she was talking about. Her attitude and demeanor were super rude, I didn't even have time to react. I have worked with customers my entire adult life, I know how annoying it is when someone screws up with your schedule. HOWEVER: we don't say stuff in front of customers. I don't want my dog to be in your hands if you don't have manners with me. I am going to go through the hassle of taking him to a much farther location because I don't want the chance of having Amelia interact with my dog.

Our dog was having seizures and the animal control services where we adoptedbhim did not have any way to help. My wife and kids were horrified and sad. . The doctor we saw at Banfield took time to do explain all our options and help us come up with a good plan. Zeus has been on meds now for six months and is doing much better. Last week when we came in for a check up, the ENTIRE staff helped us. They showed me the best way to pay for services and how to keep costs lower in the future. He needed to up his meds (cause he has been growing). The staff truly cared and even called me to follow-up after hours, just to make sure he got his meds/all the help he needed. . To some people he is a dog but to my family Zeus is our best friend and has nothing but ❤️ for every human he sees. You can see in his eyes he is just happy and controlling his seizures makes all the difference to him. Thank you so much to everyone at Banefield.

The staff was very nice and put my pup Bailey at ease. They were very informative and I didn't feel pressured to have to get products or services that I did not want. A+ all around

Dorped off my dog last time with no problem. This time I am not an authorized person, although all my info is on the account. Made an appointment 2 weeks prior. Now can't be seen. Waiting for a call to drop her off. This is highly inconvenient customer no service! Last appointment I dropped her off, picked her up and paid with no problems. Young receptionist made light of my dogs infection and snicked when I told her this was a follow up for the infection.

I want to extend my deepest gratitude to this team and the immaculate care that they provided me and my dog in these last few days. They not only diagnosed my dog in a timely manner, but also performed a life-saving surgery the next morning. She was hours away from having a ruptured uterus. My dog, Nyla, is showing signs that she's going to have a very quick and easy recovery these next few weeks. I had been dismissed by two other veterinary practices (non-Banfield) prior to coming to Banfield. I'm so glad when I brought my dog into Banfield, they were urging for immediate care. If not for that care they provided us, Nyla wouldn't be here today. She was in good hands at all times, and she was well taken care of. While pyometra surgery is nothing cheap, they did their best to see what avenues they could try to save me money while also explaining reasons behind the treatments and care methods they suggested or were going to use during surgery. It allowed me to get a deeper understanding of what is going into my vet bill and why the price range was going to be what it was. I elected to not use any payment plan or any kind of membership plan because, fortunately, I am blessed enough to be able to pay out-of-pocket for this treatment. But this should be a sign out there for other pet owners, cats and dogs alike, to SPAY YOUR PETS. It's so so so important to prevent infections and diseases like pyometra. Once again, thank you to the whole care team, from the receptionists to the doctors and surgeons. Thank you for saving Nyla's life.
