We had an incredible experience. I haven’t stopped talking about! The staff were so welcoming and so kind to my girls (3 and 1 yo) It was clean. The tech explained everything - from the bandana to the different vaccines. The doctor, was so kind and thorough with Kobe. Gave her suggestions based on our lifestyle… It was the best experience I’ve ever had at a vet office. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Yesterday our family had to put our 4 leg family member of 14.5 years to rest. From the initial call, to entering the facility, and every moment there till the end, Arena staff was AMAZING! They showed compassion, empathy and treated us all with so much respect. Thank you to every person that was there. You made our time with Ty an incredible experience.

Arena Animal Hospital has given exceptional care to my pup. Two years ago, he became very ill, and they attended to him immediately, kept him loved and comfortable throughout his treatment while keeping me informed with regular updates. Dr. Richards is knowledgeable, incredibly kind, polite, and was patient with all my inquiries, consistently providing me with updates. He even checked in after the treatment to make sure recovery was going well. The whole team truly made a frightening situation much less overwhelming. I have continued to bring my fur pup here for his routine care. The service from the front office staff to Dr. Richards has always been outstanding, demonstrating kindness and compassion while offering fair prices. I wholeheartedly recommend the excellent services available here.

I have three dogs seen by Dr. Richards and they always offer a friendly atmosphere that makes us come back. Today I had my little Mylo brought for dental cleaning. The staff was communicating with me via text messages about the procedure, asking for my concent and informing about Mylo's evolution. Everything went so well. When I arrived to pick Mylo I noticed they had him waiting at the front office and not in a cage. This made me feel they treated Mylo as family. I definitely appreciated the care they provided to mine and other people's dogs.

I took my very nervous new puppy to Arena Animal Hospital as she was not eating well and needed her rabies shot. It’s a great experience for both of us. They used calming spray on bandana and the have calming infusers plugged in. Dr Richards was amazing with my little pup. She hasn’t let anyone hold her and she was calm in his when he held her. It was a positive experience for her and me. Staff were great Lily technician was super helpful and Justine front desk was great. I have had dogs my whole life and this was the best experience I have encountered
