Literally amazing experience. They had our pets name written on a chalk board on the way in!!! What! …. So nice. Plus the vet and the assistant were awesome. They made my daughter and I feel so welcome. They had the best attitudes and were also so knowledgeable. I would recommend them for any pets needs they have available. And trust me I’m super honest. They just are great people! I will be back for my Guinea pigs again soon. Thanks again for everything! We love you girls.

Wonderful welcoming environment, I recommend this place to any and everyone looking for a safe place to bring your pet. The Veterinarian and the techs that assisted her were so sweet, calm, friendly and supportive during our visit. They explained everything and came up with a wonderful detailed treatment plan that will help get my cat Lolo feeling better 🙂

I visited for the first time after moving to Roselle and I had the best experience here that I've ever had at any vet. I brought my dog and cat here and I felt so welcomed by everyone on the team. I felt like the vets actually took their time to answer my questions and I didn't feel rushed. Dr Riesterer called to give me my pets test results and was so thorough with answering all of my questions and gave me information that other vets have never given me over the 5 years I've owned my dog. She seemed very knowledgeable about greyhounds and their weird bodies and needs. She also sent me a follow up email further explaining things for me. I highly recommend them and will be coming back with my other pets!

Both of our cats receive top notch care at Lake Street Animal Hospital. Every member of the staff is kind, professional, and thorough. The office is full of animal lovers who truly care about their patients. We wouldn't go anywhere else. ❤️Nimbus & Wolfie

I absolutely love the staff here!! All of the staff is so lovely, they treat my puppy as if he were one of their own! And the prices aren't that bad at all either!! I'm so happy I went with this vet! Here's picture of my boy doing a sploot for attention.

I'm so happy I found this clinic. The clinic team is wonderful, patient, and kind. You feel like a part of their family. Dr. Jamie Finnell is amazing. She has a great approach to animals. She did everything she could to help our pet. Thank you. I recommend them to everyone.

My appointment was scheduled for 11:40 with a technician since my pet only needed a fecal, blood, and wellness test and did not require a full exam. I completely understand that delays can happen, but what was frustrating was sitting and waiting without anyone communicating why the appointment was running behind. My pet was not seen until 12:05. While the technician visit itself only took about five minutes, it took me 45 minutes to drive to the office for the appointment. A simple update or acknowledgment of the delay would have gone a long way. If this continues to be the experience, I may have to consider looking elsewhere for care.
