The dr. Was extremely koo he treated my dogs with love & I think he's the cheapest vet 4 medication that doesn't treat my dogs like numbers. He'll sit there & explain what's happening 2 ur dog & what's a cheap way 2 treat it. You could tell he's not in it jus 4 the money he genuinely cares. I jus wish I could remember the doctors name or else I'd name him on here he was super koo treated my Chico.

Was the only vet offices with available appointments 12/24. All others were either closed or couldn’t see us until the next week. Even with appointment we weren’t seen for about 10/15 min past our appointment time but not really a problem for me. What I wasn’t a fan of though was that they took my dog to the back to examine him without me and left me in a room to wait. I would have preferred to be with him as it made me very anxious, but the veterinarian came back to speak with me without my dog and told me next steps. I did like that before they do anything an assistant came back with a price summary to tell me about anything that was optional of being done there or at home and explained prices.

We were referred by a friend who has been coming here for a while. We are very pleased with the staff and the customer service. The vet technicians are knowledgeable. The Doc takes the time to answer questions and explain. He utilized visuals to explain our pet's knee condition. This was very helpful in understanding what to expect as our dog develops and grows. Office is clean and parking is convenient.

I’ve been here twice & both times doctor seemed uninterested in helping my cat. The first time I went because my cat’s eyes were looking cloudy. The doctor suggested removing my cats eyes (no I’m not kidding). I giggled a little because I wasnt sure if they were serious. When they didn’t confirm that it was a joke, I said no I don’t want my cats’ eyes removed. So then they referred me to an eye specialist. 2 stars for at least referring me out. The second time (no idea why I continued going here), I went because my cat had been throwing up a lot. They ran all sorts of tests & said nothings wrong, cats just throw up. Didn’t bother going through her diet with me, suggesting different foods, offering an allergy test. Nothing. The staff is friendly but I think the doctor might want to reconsider his career.

Awesome vet. Took my Malanois to get fixed. Very friendly staff and a very good Vet. They were very helpful and took care of my dog. Thanks All Paws.

I’ve been so impressed with the entire staff at All Paws Riverside Animal Hospital. Their office is clean, friendly, bright and cozy. My family has been fostering a sweet pit bull for about 4 months and we needed to have him get neutered before he gets adopted. He always comes out smiling and wagging his tail. Dr. Fred was great - he doesn’t try to upsell you like other local vets. I highly recommend them - Jo Jo runs the front office is so organised and always remembers people and their pet names! 😊

I’ve been taking my 2 dogs here for about 3 years now, and the vet services are great. No complaints there at all. The 3 star review is for the fact that every single time I schedule an appointment here, I am not seen until AT LEAST an hour after the actual appointment time. The excuse is always the same; that they are short staffed and only operate w/ ONE vet for the entire clinic. It gets old and quite frustrating to be waiting so long every single time. They don’t seem to care much about the customers experience in this whole situation because they have never changed their operations to make sure you’re seen at the time of your appointment and not over an hour and a half later..very disappointed because this vet is great otherwise.
