I've taken my 2 cats here and have been terribly disappointed. Their bedside manner is severely lacking. One of my cats (not even 2 years old) died 2 days after being treated here. They prescribed prednisone for some face wounds he had from scratching. 2 weeks later, he began urinating everywhere and howling in pain. When i scheduled another visit to address this, I was told that it was behavioral and they gave me gabapentin. They didnt bother to do any blood work or physical exam to try and understand the underlying causes of these symptoms. The next day he had a grand mal seizure in my living room and I rushed him to the vet hospital in Goochland County trying to save his life. $4,000 and 8 hours later, I had to put him down. I lost trust in this vet. The young male nurse (I do not know his name but he is African American) didn't want to touch my other cat and treated me with disdain when I told him I didnt want to give my cat the rabies vaccine. This cat is 16 years old, an indoor cat, has never had any health concerns. And I dont have vaccine records from 15 years ago. But the way this young man spoke to me was very off putting. He should not be in health care. No bedside manner. Overall, every single experience I've had has been terrible. I will never go back. These are pictures of my baby Loki who passed away. I miss him so much.

We had a litter of kittens that their mom passed away when they were 2 days old. They were very helpful and guided us to take care of them.

Great place they take such Great care of my pup he was recently seen for a eye infection I was so worried they got my Fur baby back to feeling better ! Thankful for them an all there help! Really Amazing vet we been going here for years !

Thanks to them I did not put my cat down. I was upset about deaths in my family’s at the same time I had to say goodbye to my cat. They convinced me the time was not right to put the brother down because the sister died.

Awesome team, they all seem to love the animals coming through and really care about the pets overall well being. They are quick to get me in, if I have an emergency. Pricing is fair and team is great, they earn 5 stars every time I bring my pup in.

Made time to serve us and took good, quick, and affordable care of my dog. Even called the next day to check on her.
