i had a great experience here, i came in on thanksgiving with my poor kitty in shock, they quickly diagnosed him with diabetes and a ruptured abcess, and were very very kind and urgent in helping us with our baby. they allowed him a very peaceful goodbye over the rainbow bridge 🌈 ❤️ and even allowed us to say our goodbyes in private as long as we wanted, no judgement. i totally forget her name but the young lightskin girl was such an angel to us and even gave us a hug after all was said and done. thank you for making his transition to the afterlife so peaceful and kind🩷

We brought our fur baby Theodore to Blue Pearl 5/4/26 for what we now know was the result of a tick bite. We were greeted friendly by the receptionist immediately after the vet tech Nicholas came out with a gurney ready to help us get our baby out the the car. Nicholas had a very calm demeanor and explained everything to us before and after we went into the room#2. The vet came out shortly and sat down to go over what she thought was happening and what tests were needed to confirm the diagnosis and treat. They even gave us time in private to discuss what our decision would be about his treatment without pressure. After Theodore was treated, the nurse with the pretty purple streak in her hair sat down and patiently explained everything and also helped me get Theodore into the car. Our experience was just what we needed during a stressful time. Every staff member we encountered was friendly. Theo is doing much better! Thank you!

Sherlock our hound mix went in for neurological symptoms in his hind legs. After discussions with Dr. Armstrong, we decided to get him an MRI. Result came back with a ruptured disc from IVDD (Intervertebral Disc Disease). After further discussions with Dr. Armstrong, we saw that surgery was the only option to give him a better quality of life. We scheduled his surgery for the next day. Sherlock is now home on strict crate rest. I want to give a special thank you to everyone involved in Sherlock’s care at BluePearl. From the wonderful ladies at reception, to the great assistants, LVTs, DVMs, to the rockstar neurologist and neurosurgeon, Dr. Armstrong who performed Sherlock’s surgery. Thank you to the whole team, from the bottom of our hearts. Sherlock has started his recovery journey and I’m excited to see how he progresses. ❤️🐶

Excellent care fr. I came in with my dog and she was real, real sick, and they took care of her right away. They stabilized her and figured out what was going on pretty fast 🙌🏽. Everybody was kind, especially Dr. Raphael Malbrue. Spanish is my first language, and they really took their time to translate all the results, tests, diagnosis, evaluation, exams, and medical history into Spanish 🫶🏽 so we could understand everything. Dr. Raphael explained everything and answered every question we had. At BluePearl Pet Hospital they made us feel comfortable and safe, and nobody judged us for not speaking perfect English. They saved my pet’s life, and at the end of the day they sent us home with medication so we could keep the treatment going

I cannot recommend BluePearl Pet Hospital enough! From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was incredibly welcoming and kind. They took good care of my cat Cheeto. What really stood out to me was how much they respected my budget. Instead of pushing unnecessary tests, they walked me through the options and helped me prioritize the best care for my pet without breaking the bank. Would definitely come back here if my cat had an issue. (hopefully I don’t tho haha) Thank you for taking such great care of us!

From the moment I walked through the door until the time we left the hospital, the care Sadie my fur baby, received was absolutely fantastic. Every single person we encountered was loving, compassionate, and attentive. In a moment of true emergency and fear, their professionalism and kindness made all the difference. They not only treated Sadie — they cared for us as well. I will be forever grateful for the incredible team who took such amazing care of my girl. Thank you for everything you do. ❤️🐾

Blue Pearl saved my dog's life. He is my best friend and I cannot imagine life without him. Blue Pearl has state of the art diagnostic equipment and very highly skilled, trained and educated doctors and techs. It is amazing all the things that can be done to help dogs now. Blue Pearl kept in constant contact with me, always giving me updates including photos of my dog. Traveller received the very best loving care. I felt like they practically considered him a member of the family. Dr. Young spent a huge amount of time on the phone with me, outlining the complete course of action and explaining everything to me in terms I could understand. Barbara (vet tech) who gave me discharge instructions also was so very patient and thorough, and took my many panicky phone calls after we got home to help me through the process. I feel Traveller got the most complete, comprehensive care by loving caring people, who were so kind to him as well as me. Yes, emergency 24/7 vet care is expensive, and not everyone can afford it. But quality compassionate care costs money, and when it is your best friend, it is money well spent. Thank you Blue Pearl!
