Animal Medical Center of Redlands

Just wanted to share how awesome this vet is, everyone is so kind and helpful! My cat had an absess on his cheek and they helped so much and treated him with so much kindness! Thank you so much everyone that helped both Salem 🖤

Ripley loves coming to the Animal Medical Care Center of Redlands. She always feels so welcomed and taken care of. We never have trouble getting appointments, we get reminders and get her monthly shot with no fuss. The staff is so caring and friendly. We drive 2.5 hours to come here because the care is unmatched!

Andy the front desk staff is amazing and really goes above and beyond! Darlene and the other vet techs have been so helpful during a difficult time with my cat Naruto and I really appreciate it so much. Thank you guys for all you do!!

My Floyd a bottle baby orphan at birth was so sick and I was out of hope that I could keep her alive. My pup had a rough start and I didn't know what to do. This clinic worked with my overwhelming anxiety and my available resources and my Floyd is still here today because of the care she received in February.

Dr Burch and his nurse Darlene are two of the loveliest people. This year Darlene called to schedule a heart worm test. She scheduled it and had her seen in a few minutes. The young lady on the phone was so lovely, professional and friendly. This must be a new receptionist. She was a delight. I have my medicine and everyone is happy.

Avoid seeing Dr. Cain under any circumstances. She’s rude, uncouth, unprofessional and severely lacks any empathy. She will waste your time by arguing with you about everything and anything and not actually talk to you about the issue you may have come in for. She also contradicts herself in her own arguments. And has no idea of when the frequency of certain lab work should be done. It’s incredibly frustrating. Honestly, don’t know why she’s here. The rest of the staff and doctors are wonderful.

This is just a matter of opinion so take it for what you will. I waited a day to calm down before deciding to write this. I am a long time, extremely long time customer of animal medical Center. Multiple animals over decades. The other day I had an experience with one of the vets that I just can't let go. I was in for a annual exam with our dog in order to get prescription medications renewed. We also wanted to get a review of a ongoing condition that our dog has. Without getting into too much detail, Dr Cain's approach, demeanor, lack of professionalism and inability to listen to concerns was alarming. While, I understand she may be one of the most high caliber veterinarians they have, and has helped our pets on a few occasions, her people skills need huge improvement. Based on this one interaction, I never thought that I would be considering taking my animals to another vet, but that is where we're may be at. Time will tell. I have no other issues with any Services provided by animal medical Center of Redlands. Their staff are professional, compassionate, empathetic, and able to provide feedback and suggestions on our pets needs. I'm hoping that they are able to take this feedback as constructive and hopefully reflective to have this veterinarian understand. She's dealing with people that have emotions on the surface when we bring our animals in for care. We don't want to be demeaned, we don't want to be talked down to, and we don't need to be made to feel that we are not caring for our animals properly. Thanks! 😐😞
