Im older, ive had dogs my entire life and ive lived all over and can 100% without a doubt say they are the best vet ive ever been too. They take great care of our pets and they take great care of their customers. I will be extremely sad when/if we move away.

Dr. Mez and the staff at Black Hills Animal Hospital have always taken such wonderful care of my baby boy, Colt, my Scottish Terrier. They are kind, attentive, and truly care about their patients. I’m so grateful to have a vet team I trust.

The ladies there were super sweet and amazing! They helped my uncle and I do a very hard thing quick and easy. Highly recommend for pet owners.

Vets and techs treat our high anxiety dog (when she's away from home) with kindness and patience. Office staff provide excellent customer service.

We recently had to put our 12yo german shepherd to sleep. BHAH is not my regular vet, but due to crazy circumstances, I called to ask for euthanasia assistance. They didn't have time or openings, but they made time to help and were so gracious about it. Losing our family bestie was absolutely awful, but the care we received was amazing! Every single person in that building was so incredibly compassionate. I felt that they truly cared about my dog and our family. They made a horribly tragic day bearable. Words cannot express how appreciative my family is to the whole clinic for helping us through this. And Dr Mez, wow. Her additional act of kindness was so kind!! Thank you all for being amazing people!

Had to board my cat for 11 days, due to family emergency. I believe I was more stressed out than my cat ever was. The staff kept notes on his progress and after settling in, he was fine! They sent me a picture and it was a pleasant surprise for me during a difficult time. Staff was very nice and absolutely caring, I highly recommend them to one and all. In the future, I will be having all my vet needs performed here......thank you BHAH!
