All love for Swift Creek Animal Hospital! For well more than 25 years, my paw babies have been cared for by the exceptional team at Swift Creek Animal Hospital. Throughout the years, they have consistently provided compassionate care, outstanding medical expertise, and genuine concern for every patient they serve. My experience began with Dr. Gintis, continued with Dr. Bost, and this week I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Wu. Honestly, maybe her name should be Dr. WOW! She was absolutely fantastic. She made time to see a little guy who was clearly in pain and discomfort, quickly assessed the situation, and developed a treatment plan that brought him relief almost immediately. Thanks to her thoughtful care, he was able to get some much-needed rest and begin his journey toward healing. What sets Swift Creek Animal Hospital apart is their unwavering commitment to both the health and quality of life of our beloved pets. They understand that our animals are family, and they treat them as such. I recently visited Swift Creek Animal Hospital and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and made both me and my pet feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. What stood out most was how knowledgeable everyone was - from the front desk staff to the veterinarians. Dr. Will, in particular, provided excellent care and demonstrated impressive expertise during our visit. I was also pleasantly surprised by the reasonable cost of their services. The pricing was fair and transparent, with no unexpected charges. Overall, I highly recommend Swift Creek Animal Hospital and Dr. Wu for their combination of friendly service, professional expertise, and reasonable pricing. They've earned my trust for all my pet's future healthcare needs.

If you have a pet who has a hard time at the vet, this is probably not a good fit for you. My dog has been a patient here for almost 4 years. He’s recently developed some anxiety around vet visits, as a lot of pets do, but, with a little encouragement from me and the staff, he is usually able to make it through his visits and be fine. Unfortunately during our past couple appointments, the vet seemed to have very little time or patience for him, creating a stressful and unproductive experience for me and my dog. I understand that everyone has a job to do, but I’d rather take my baby somewhere with vets who are happy and willing to take the little bit of extra time to give him the care he needs and try to create a better experience for him. Sedatives are great for pets having a hard time, but I was made to feel like they wanted to sedate my pet as to not have to spend any amount of time making him feel comfortable and safe.

Our dog is very sweet but with some trauma in his past, is very fearful and anxious around most other people and dogs. This makes vet visits extremely stressful. Everyone at swift creek goes out of their way to lessen the anxiety of each visit. 1) our vet takes her time with our dog even when he’s making it difficult. She’ll sometimes just sit in the room with him with treats (they have great treats that are allergy friendly) and let him get used to her. 2) because our dog is so anxious at the office, they’ve also figured out the most efficient processes to get him in and out for vaccines and other quick visits. 3) everyone there is so respectful and loving towards all the animals no matter how challenging they are. 4) our neighbor’s dog who is not nearly as challenging, loves the people there. They really are some of the best folks in vet care that I’ve ever known.

I have been taking my pets to Swift Creek Animal Hospital since it opened. The front desk staff is always helpful and friendly. We mostly see Dr. O'Brien and love her! She is warm and great with our pets and so knowledgeable. We are thankful to have a trusted clinic that takes care of our treasured family pets. I highly recommend this practice.

We have been taking our dogs (three dogs in total, two currently and one who is now deceased) since moving to the area in Spring 2022. Each visit is an exercise in upselling while also trying to get the care we need. Our dogs are healthy, no heartworm, and they get their vaccinations routinely. Yet, each time there are additional services and tests suggested/recommended. This past medication refill (Prozac for our nervous dog), which he has been taking since late 2022, was denied and they, of course, are requiring an office visit. The process to refill the prescription is also different every time. Online? Phone call? Through an online service? Office visit? It's different each time and this past time was DENIED. Since we have another vet we use for a 3rd (and newest) rescue, we will move our business there so we don't get the upsell and additional services/charges each time.

I’ve been coming here for almost 30 years. They always are ready to help with anything from routine checkups to getting ready for international travel with your pet. My service dog is always taken care and ready to go wherever I go. And their charges are always reasonable.
