I had a 8 week old chihuahua who’s health crashed. He is only around 1.8 lbs. he was dying couldn’t eat had low sugar and low white blood cells. The cause was not clear after testing. This vet kept him alive when I didn’t think he was gonna make it. It was the weekend and if we didn't have this vet he would have definitely died. They stalled him dying and we ended up finding the reason aka the nutrigel people use to keep blood sugar up was actually making him sick. We switched to an organic raw honey and my dog made a miraculous recovery. Emergency vets are expensive and I don’t care. They kept my dog alive until by a miracle we could find out his issue. I am so grateful for them and so glad to have them close 24/4 in case things arise in my dogs lives. I just wanted to say thanks for helping me save Chico 🙂 he’s doing so well now

I came here a few nights ago when my dog suddenly couldn’t walk on his hind leg. From the moment I called, the gentleman with the beard at the front desk (I’m so sorry I can’t remember his name) was incredibly kind, and you could immediately tell how much they genuinely care. There was only about a 10-minute wait, and the vet and vet tech were able to see us quickly. The entire team was compassionate, attentive, and made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. If you’re ever in the position of needing an emergency vet and want a team that truly cares about your pet and isn’t in it to nickel and dime you, I highly recommend bringing them here. If we ever need emergency care again, this is absolutely where we’ll be going.

Staff were very quick and responsive, they took things very seriously but remained calm and helpful throughout the whole experience. They had to do emergency surgery on my husky’s tail, and they took great care of her. Truly thankful for their team for helping my husky, Mocha. She’s recovering and doing well!

The staff here were extremely understanding and sensitive during my time. They tried their best to save my guinea pig even when his prospects weren’t good. They were very good about communication via telephone and were great at communicating the best treatment and were honest about costs. Thank you for doing everything you could when helping my Piggy. He’s in a better place now.

Just before the snow storm a few weeks ago we brought our dog Benny here to be euthanized. He was 13 and was scheduled for home euthanasia a few days later due to a chronic condition. We woke up on a Saturday morning and realized he had deteriorated even more so we called around and found this place. They were reasonably priced but what blew us away was that they were so kind and understanding. We were a blubbering mess and Dr. Amanda Gale as well as the vet tech were so gentle with our Benny. We received a hand written card in the mail today from Dr. Gale and just wanted to say publicly how grateful we were for their help during such an awful time. Our Benny was sweet and gentle, but disliked a vet’s office. His ending was peaceful and honorable thanks to the help of the staff. -Brett and Emily Wood

Extremely reasonably priced, no wait time, and all the staff seemed happy to work there. The lobby was cozy and stocked full of coffee, juice, and drinks. For less than $700 and in under 4 hours, my cocker spaniel got plenty of one-on-one time with the doctor, he was given fluids and a handful of meds/injectables, and they were transparent about pricing the whole way through. I'm confident that the care he received would've cost much more and we would've been waiting way longer at any other emergency vet in the area! One place I called said 4 hour wait, lord have mercy. Thank you for your hard work and for making my baby boy feel better.

Our sweet 2 year old Holland Lop, Peanut, has unfortunately had a couple bouts of GI stasis which, for rabbits, can be deadly. It needs to be dealt with promptly and aggressively. On 2 occasions, we've had to bring our bunny in for an emergency visit. Once at 2am on a weekday, once at 5pm on a Saturday. On both occasions, all staff were friendly, kind, patient, attentive, and informative. Each staff member, from the front desk, to the vet techs, to the doctors, genuinely seemed to care about us and our baby boy. They were thorough with his examinations, upfront about pricing, thoughtful and informative with their diagnosis and care plan, and asked multiple times if we had any follow up questions or concerns. In an environment that can be so stressful and anxiety inducing, everyone's demeanor was comforting and reassuring. Special thanks to Chad and Dr. Carly Martone for their care and expertise yesterday and to Dr. Kim Cook for her care during our initial late night visit last year. If you're in need of an emergency vet, I cannot recommend this one more.
