Best vet in Utah county by far 🙌 there was a young lady I spoke on thw phone with and she gave me so much information. When my appointment arrived everything went smoothly with my fur baby. The vet was completely understanding with my question and made me feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone treats you welcome. Best service hands down and great prices!

I have had 4 dogs attend this practice and I am always pleased. Kaitlyn at the front keeps everything running smoothly. She is super responsive and helpful whenever I call. Dr. Nelson is a conscientious and careful doctor and explained things so well. The vet techs are excellent!

Yesterday I went through Google calling every vet in the Utah County area asking for help with my dog not one of them cared enough about the actual animal. They only cared about getting paid yet This veterinarian place. They cared about my dog. They asked what was wrong with him. They were patient and kind to me. We figured everything out. They put the dog first. I’m happy to say that my dog really liked the place and got the help he needed. I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR YOU GUYS!!!

We took our puppy, Tucker, to the Provo location because he had a swollen lump on his left eye. The ladies at the front desk were very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. Dr. Nelson initially believed the issue was not too serious, prescribed medication, and sent us home. About 10 minutes after leaving, Tucker developed a large pus-filled abscess that spread toward the side of his head. Thankfully, the clinic allowed us to come back right away so they could drain it and help relieve his discomfort. We appreciated their willingness to quickly help him when the situation worsened. Dr. Nelson was compassionate and emphasized the importance of continuing treatment to avoid further complications. Overall, we are grateful for the care Tucker received. The only reason for the 4-star review instead of 5 stars is that the pricing was higher than we expected.

I took my baby girl Karma here for a dental cleaning and cyst removal. Everyone has been so kind and helpful. The dr who did the removal was so friendly and made sure all of my questions were answered. I live 40+ min away from this location but they were the only ones who had an opening for the mass removal and I am glad I brought her here. Thank you all for taking such great care of my baby girl and thank you for having reasonable and affordable prices!! They told me my pup could live 10 more years with how healthy she is. And she is 10 now!! Update: Unfortunately, They gave my dog some vaccine without asking me during the cyst removal process. It made her whole body swell and her she began breathing very shallow and slow. She got better about two weeks later but sadly passed away a few months later due to complications. So much for living another 10 years. I do not recommend this place.

Banfield continues to provide my worst vet experiences to-date. The vets only come in when they feel like it, and the office will be closed when they don't. No matter how many times we've asked for a prescription to be filled, we're told we must wait for a vet visit (to which they're rarely there) and they refuse to refill for us when we arrive. They also refuse to trim our dog's nails every visit. Do yourself a favor and take your pet literally anywhere else.

They sell a health plan that sounds great, you even get a discount on their services if you are enrolled in it. I was fairly annoyed to find out that every other vet I called was actually cheaper than Banfield even though they were giving me a discount too. Can’t justify their price in any way. Save money and go somewhere else.
