Gabriel Park Veterinary Clinic

My 7 year old dog had a dental cleaning today under anesthesia. Dr. Mitchell, Lisa, Lindsay and other staff did an amazing job! Here are the before and after photos. Please trust them with your dog’s dental health—so worth it!

Gabriel Park has been taking care of all of your cats for a number of years. It's obvious they truly care. And they have outstanding customer service skills.

I only just started going here - after my first few encounters I can say that the staff and my vet there, Dr. Hawkins, were all very lovely, competent and helpful. There is none of the VCA-Banfield-mega-vet upsell / rigid vibe and everyone seemed busy, but not stressed and unhappy. That makes a difference to me. I have started making a point of not going where people seem like walking sales-pitches and you sense they are friendly because that's the script - there is entirely too much of that in the world. Kudos to Gabriel Park. I'm glad we found you.

After living abroad for two years in a place with questionable veterinary services, the first thing my spouse and I did was bring our two cats here. The treatment was terrific and the doctor who saw our cats both times (I believe she was a recent addition to the clinic) was very caring and informative. Unfortunately our older cat needed to have some teeth pulled because of an autoimmune disorder. The staff at the clinic were supportive and caring during the whole process.

I can tell the entire staff is very compassionate with every pet that comes through their doors. I've been taking my slightly elderly Jack russell there for several years and they have taken good care of him. My only suggestion for the clinic is to adjust their hold music, it's so morose haha.

We started bringing our cats here when our regular vet moved over here from another clinic. I like this place quite a bit. It has a decent sized waiting room and there is always plenty of parking. They are really prompt and on time with their appointments, and they try to keep a time slot open for any emergencies every day which I appreciate. The staff has always been great when I go in: very polite, very efficient. When we call the renew prescriptions it's a pain-free process.

I have been looking for a new vet clinic and could not be more pleased with my experience at Gabriel Park this week. Every time I’ve called, Brian at the front desk has been so kind and helpful. My cat was seen by Dr.Cheshire and I was really happy with her. She communicated in detail all of the things she noticed about my cat during her exam and she addressed all of my concerns. She was empathetic to my situation and was so easy to talk to. I will be making Gabriel Park my new regular vet clinic for both of my kitties. I also liked how the itemized invoice was presented to me before they took my cat back so I knew exactly what to expect. Customer service is a big deal to me and I can’t express how nice it is to call and get through to someone who is kind and caring. I feel we will be in good hands making this our new regular vet clinic. Highly recommend.
