Dr. McMahon and her team are the best and always take great care of my big guy, Theodore! I appreciate the vast knowledge of the clinicians and having options for treatments instead of being pushed to an expensive method for the sake of a bottom line. I always get a call the next day to check in after a sick visit or vaccines and appreciate the ease of scheduling appointments and the affordability of WOA.

World of Animals Rittenhouse is, hands down, the best veterinary practice we have ever been to! Our dog has received the most incredible care here, and we cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Matt Cravens and the staff. Dr. Cravens truly cares about his patients. He takes as much time as needed with you, never makes you feel rushed, and makes sure all of your questions and concerns are fully addressed; which is so appreciated, especially during stressful situations. He is extremely knowledgeable and clearly stays up to date on what’s going on in the veterinary world. We’ve faced some medical challenges with our dog, and the team has always been willing to get our dog in the same day when needed. That level of compassion and responsiveness means everything to a pet parent. The entire staff is friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I also really appreciate their transparency with pricing. World of Animals at Rittenhouse will never nickel and dime you. They always go over costs beforehand, explain your options, and are very cost-conscious while still providing excellent care. If you’re looking for a vet who genuinely cares about your pet, communicates clearly, and treats you like family, World of Animals Rittenhouse is truly unmatched!

I see Dr. Cravens, and he is always compassionate, transparent and forthcoming with his treatment plans. He and Erin, the tech we've had every time, seem to be genuine animal lovers and always make me feel like my pet is in good hands. Thank you world of animals!

I wish I had switched vets years ago! Not only are they great with my dog, but they understand customer service in the space and possibly any space better than anything I’ve ever seen. They’re always trying to make my life easier in big and small ways. I have been blown away.

Dr. Cravens is an extremely knowledgeable veterinarian with excellent bedside manner. He really takes his time to explain causes and treatments for symptoms and makes a point to ensure both myself and my pets are at ease. My pit bull doesn’t even notice when he receives vaccines because he is too busy licking peanut butter or EZ cheese! The support staff is lovely as well, always adding a personal touch and making sure we feel welcome. Jasmine, Aryan, and Monica are standout receptionists. They always brighten my day and keep things running smoothly. The team at wofa takes my chronic pain into account by ensuring I can use the first floor exam room when needed, and they also consider my large breed dog’s reactivity to make navigating the small lobby a breeze. I cannot recommend world of animals Rittenhouse enough for your primary care vet needs.

I love that the front desk employees greet us as soon as we walk through the door no matter how busy they are. Much respect to Dr McMahon and Sadie (whose always positive attitude is very reassuring) who are as much a great team as but they — together and individually — a fount of knowledge, compassion, and excellent communication!
