Dr. Geisler is truly the best! We brought our 4 year old standard poodle to her when she was diagnosed with back and hip pain. My poodle is a little shy, but she warmed up to Dr Geisler right away. She has a lovely work space for them to do exercises and she moves at their pace. My girl took a little bit of time to warm up to the acupuncture needles - but Dr Geisler always went at her pace and she would feel so good after. We’ve been going for a few months now, and my dogs walking is much more comfortable and is so much more comfortable in her back. Dr Geisler gave us great exercises to work on at home as well. I highly recommend bringing your dog here!
We took our dog Noshie to Citywide Vet for rehab after her ACL (MCL) surgery, and we had such a great experience working with Dr. Geisler. She took incredible care of Noshie and played a huge role in helping her regain strength and mobility. Over the past three months, the progress has been amazing to watch. Dr. Geisler was not only attentive and compassionate, but also very clear and thorough in explaining the exercises we needed to continue at home. That guidance made a big difference in Noshie’s recovery. The location was also super easy to get to, with plenty of free street parking available. It made visits stress-free, especially early on when Noshie couldn’t manage stairs. There was easy access into the office, which we really appreciated We’re so grateful for the care and expertise we received here. Highly recommend Julie at Citywide Vet for anyone needing rehab for their pet.
Dr. Geisler has been amazing with my 11-year-old cat, Bean. She is compassionate, kind, and patient, and the acupuncture treatments were completely stress-free. We’ve seen a huge improvement in Bean’s mobility and quality of life. She also gave me helpful exercises to do at home to maintain progress. We’re so grateful for her care and support — she’s truly incredible.
I started bringing my senior dog, Lucy, to City Wide Vet this past fall after a persistent foot injury slowed her down. Since then, Dr. Geisler and I have navigated several additional setbacks together, always with the shared goal of helping Lucy regain her mobility, strength, balance, and coordination — and ultimately enjoy her city walks again with comfort and ease. I’m so grateful I found Dr. Geisler. She has a genuine passion for rehab work, especially for aging dogs, and it shows in every visit. Lucy was comfortable with her from the very first appointment, and I immediately felt a sense of trust — like we’d known each other a long time. What truly sets Dr. Geisler apart is her holistic approach. She has a background in general practice and is both a DVM and multi-certified in acupuncture, rehabilitation, and chiropractic care. Because of this, we accomplish so much in each session, and Lucy benefits from having one provider who really knows her, rather than coordinating care across multiple specialists. We’re so excited about City Wide Vet’s new permanent space and look forward to many more sessions there. If you’re looking for a compassionate, highly qualified provider to help your pet recover from an injury or navigate the natural changes that come with aging, I can’t recommend Dr. Geisler highly enough.
We are so grateful for Dr. Geisler's loving care for our furbaby, Tampopo. She was so knowledgeable, helpful, thoughtful, understanding, patient, and caring when we were going through a difficult time as Tampopo started to struggle with IVDD and lose his mobility. Her rehabilitation exercises, recommendations and acupuncture really seemed to help Tampopo ease his pain. She was also respectful in listening to our voice and created a space for us to make our own decisions with a gentle guidance. Tampopo loved going to see Dr. Geisler, he enjoyed his time being cared for and getting his special snack:) We are all thankful for her care and I'm sure Tampopo is now pain free and running around over the rainbow bridge. We highly recommend Dr. Geisler/City Wide Vet. Thank you Dr. Geisler.
I am so thankful for City Wide Veterinary Rehabilitation! My dog Flipper who is a tripod was really struggling to move and do everyday tasks like going outside due to the steps. At 9 years old I didn’t know what else to do so I contacted Dr. Geisler at City Wide Vet for her help where Dr. Geisler took the time to evaluate Flipper where she developed a custom plan on how to get Flipper her strength back. Every week Flipper gets laser therapy, acupuncture and exercises to strengthen her muscles that were weak. Dr. Geisler even sent a detailed at home plan to continue the strength training exercises at home (which Flipper loves the cookie stretches). Since starting with Dr. Geisler my dog is a new dog - she gets the zoomies again and is not hesitating going down stairs or jumping up on the couch. I am forever grateful we found City Wide Veterinary Rehabilitation!!
Chiropractic has greatly helped my older pup as she has struggled with mobility as she ages. Dr. Geisler helped her get aligned and back on track. She showed me exercises and stretches that I can do with her to help re-strengthen her hind end. She didn’t just address what was hurting but helped guide us toward healthier movement. I am grateful for her caring, knowledgeable approach.
