VEG ER for Pets

They are awesome from the min you walk into theiir door then the Doctors to the nurses the anesthesiologist this has been the best er I have taken my baby to. They work with you in every aspect they explain the process and treatment step by step you feel at home and they treat the baby pets as if they were their own. Dr. Alexandra Hartzel treated my baby maltipoo for Dystocia and did an ovariohysterectomy she is the best i cannot thank her enough for how she helped our baby and us. I really don’t have the words. I thank her so much. Dr. Caroline Bogle treated my baby when we first got to the Er she did an awesome job taking care of her and starting her on her treatment. Stef the treatment nurse was so so nice professional and very attentive she was always making sure my baby was ok and comfortable she was on top of everything great great nurse. Carly the anesthesiologist was great explaining everything to us also keeping an eye on our baby. I have nothing but good things to say about the Er they are great i don’t know everyones name but they are all great every one. I would definitely recommend this Er to anyone they are the best. We were also allowed to stand outside the surgery room to watch the doctor and nurses kept us updated at all times. Godbless every single one in the team they really love their profession you can definitely see it the way they treat the pets.

I can’t thank the team at Veterinary Emergency Group enough for the amazing care they gave my 4-month-old Frenchie, Minnie. From the moment we walked in after she broke her leg, the entire staff was compassionate, professional, and truly caring. They treated Minnie like she was their own and made a stressful, heartbreaking situation so much easier for us. The vets and nurses took the time to explain everything clearly, kept us updated, and made sure Minnie was comfortable throughout the process. You can tell they genuinely love animals and care about the families that come through their doors. Emergency situations are never easy, but I’m beyond grateful for the kindness, support, and treatment Minnie received. Thank you all for helping my baby girl on her road to recovery.

When I tell you the Doctors and the nurses at Veg are awesome! They are so caring and supportive and very good at what they do. Its always scary when you have to take your fur babies to the E/R but the Doctors and Nurses makes the experience so comforting. Dr. Giana Gigantino and really the whole staff were phenomenal. We called on a Sunday night, walked them through what happened and told us best option would be to come in to be seen so we can figure out next steps. They gave us great recommendations, priced everything out before completing a service, and were very open and honest with how we should provide care. Kira is a very anxious doggo and they made her and us feel very comfortable in an emergency. Hope to never be back, but will go back if we ever need.

So glad that I brought my cat here to be treated! My cat had a screw (idk how that happened lol smh) stuck in his mouth. The staff were very caring and very attentive! I didn’t have to wait long and the check in process was super easy! I’m glad that I found this Pet ER as it is only a few minutes from me and operates 24hours! I was also happy that parking was available! I would recommend bringing your pet here if you have an emergency!

I had to bring my poor sweet senior Chihuahua Sprinkles here today for a broken nail, which they ended up removing. She is doing fine now all things considered, and I just wanted to say how grateful I am for the staff for being so wonderful. It was very busy in the ER, but despite that, everyone that interacted with us were so incredibly caring and sweet. Understandably we were there for a few hours, and in that time we were checked on many times, reassured/updated, asked if we needed anything, and offered snacks and something to drink. During the visit I got to observe the staff caring for many other pets and their owners too, and it’s very clear they truly care about what they do. Despite hoping I never have to come back here, I know my pets will be in great hands if I ever do.

I can’t Thank the ladies enough.They really nursed him back to health.This was top notch elite care for my dog after taking back ownership of him he was in bad shape.They made us feel seen and heard .They showed so much interest love and empathy for Drew .I would highly recommend this place.With it being our first time I didn’t know what to expect the experience alone surpassed my expectations Drew and I will be forever grateful.If we ever need to visit a doctor this will be the very first second and third choice for us .If you love and care for your fur babies and want the best care throughout your years this is the place to be .THANK YOU LADIES AGAIN!!!
