The entire staff at Banfield Pet Hospital are exceptional and provide the upmost quality and care for pets. Dr. Brown is such a sweet human and always goes above and beyond for her patients. I would strongly recommend bringing your fur babies to them!

Over the course of two days I spent $1,000 to have my cat aborting three kittens and getting spayed. I was told to keep her still for 2 weeks no jumping running hopping because of her incision. They gave me four days worth of pain medication, I've kept her contained fed pampered her incision looks good but they have not once called me to check on their patient. I'm extremely hurt by that. It cost $1,000 to replace the clutch on my truck but the mechanic doesn't call to see how my truck is because he saw me drive away with it. So I'm just really sad that they have not called in the two weeks this Sunday to check on their patient after getting almost $1,000 in 2 days for the surgery and the office visit and the rabies vaccine. Thank you so much for your care and your concern.

My fiancee has been taking his dogs to Banfield for years under the thought that they were receiving the best of care possible. A few weeks ago we noticed his female dog began to yelp in pain due to mouth discomfort. We took her to Banfield for an appointment, they mentioned what they thought might be the cause, and referred her to a specialist. This dog has received two teeth cleanings a year for several years in an attempt to keep her healthy. Upon visiting with the specialist, they advised that she had level 4 periodontal disease in several teeth. In all, they ended up needing to extract twelve teeth. Somehow Banfield never caught that in all of her teeth cleanings and this poor dog has been living in pain. This could have been a completely different or avoided situation had they done their job. Instead, it costs thousands of dollars to fix what they should have noticed a long time ago. If they are not qualified or competent enough to take care of dogs teeth, they should not offer cleanings. It's deceptive to lead owners into thinking that their dog is being cared for and to make people pay hundreds of dollars for "care" that ends in the dog being left in misery.

Very disorganized and understaffed. There are long wait times. They put you in a room only to wait even longer. Btw this was suppose to be for the drop off service. Also I took my pet in for an ultrasound only to be told that the doctor that she was assigned to doesn’t perform them. Not to mention that this is what she was scheduled for.

Really pleased with the card and how this pet hospital treated my sweet Scooter.

We brought our dog in for some pretty intense pain. We were frantic and stressed but the team at Banfield helped calm us and layout the plan moving forward. Happy to say she is pain free!
