Above & Beyond Veterinary Hospital

We have been bringing our dogs and cat to Dr. Cupples since she first opened A&B. The best thing about this clinic (there are many good things) is the attitude of every person working there. They are there to help you care for your pet's health. You have a general question; they will find an answer. Dr. Cupples answers medical questions quickly and will give you a call if there needs to be a follow up. I do not hesitate to recommend A&B to anyone who might be looking for a great vet clinic.

This is a delayed review and I should have put this soon sooner, This is the best veterinary hospital I have ever been to. I am new to pet owning I had tried to go to other places, but they were quoting me insane prices and my cat was dying and I needed help that day. From the front door clerk to nurse to the veterinary doctor, everybody was exceptional and friendly and warm and welcoming. They were able to save my cat and also I was going through a some financial issues at the time and were able to help me. I could not recommend this place enough. I will be coming back if I have any other problems with my pets. There is truly no other place I will go to Because being dismissed on the phone by every other veterinary was getting to a point of stress and above and beyond took every step they could to help me and leave my worry of my cat dying! Butters is now perfectly fine healthy running around kitten! And it is all thanks to the nurses and veterinary doctor that helped us!

Above & Beyond staff have always taken such good care of our cats. They are very responsive to calls and get us in quick for appointments. Dr. Cupples is wonderful, but I would trust my animals to any Doctor at A&B!

I followed Dr. Cupples from her last location. One of my dogs has several complicated conditions (heart, kidney, liver, and collapsing trachea.) He has been seen there a lot in the last few months. I am impressed by the caring vets, techs, and front desk staff. Refills are very prompt, phone calls are smooth, and visits are efficient. Dr. Cupples is very knowledgeable. She gives you all the options and listens to your concerns, I never feel rushed. I think everyone there loves him almost as much as we do! They always fit him in for a visit when his condition turns serious and call to check on him the next day. They work well with specialist and the local ER too. The staff have saved my boy’s life more than once and I am very grateful for the extra time they have given us. Highly recommend.

Above & Beyond has provided the best care for my two dogs. They help work me in at a moments notice. I love that they are open on Saturday mornings. They send me reminders to help me keep up with my pet care vaccines. Dr. Cupples and Dr. Pirela take such good care of my dogs and ease my concerns.

I had to make the very difficult decision to put our senior cat to sleep, and the entire team here made an incredibly hard day as comforting as possible. From the moment we walked in, we felt heard and cared for—the staff were kind, empathetic, and patient, giving us the space and support we needed. Their compassion and gentleness made us feel at peace with the process. Aside from the care itself, the clinic was clean, well-organized, and welcoming. Everyone we interacted with—from the front desk to the veterinary team—was professional, friendly, and attentive. I’m deeply grateful for the way they treated both my family and our cat with dignity and respect. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for veterinary care that is not only skilled and thorough, but also deeply compassionate.

Dr. Cupples and her staff are great. They spend a lot of time with you and your pets and are very trustworthy. This is so much more efficient, convenient and enjoyable than going to a "chain" and doesn't cost any more. I would recommend anybody who wants the best for their pets to give Above and Beyond a visit.
