Would highly recommend. Kind, professional and even as busy as they were they remained kind and patient. We drove from Yakima with one of our Great Danes. The receptionists and everyone there were so kind. Dr Jay Huang was wonderful, kind and gentle. Thank you. Also important to mention I felt the charges were reasonable especially considering the emergency nature. Gunner was in good hands.

Absolutely fabulous. Very impressed with all staff and doctors. Kept us updated to Roxi's condition. It was a long 3 days but totally worth it. Quite a time. Felt very comfortable with how everything was handled. A little pun on words but everything came out fine. Roxi did her thing. Thank you very much. You are the best.

We were concerned with our sweet Turkey and needed a vet over the weekend. I drove from Boardman to be seen and all of the staff was so kind. Thankfully our boy had nothing wrong but some sadness and anxiety missing his dad. I appreciate the care you give each individual need, wether severe or not. We are so relieved to know he's healthy. Thank you for taking the time to care for just the sad ones, even when us pet parents don't know it. He's home and eating after his meds kicked in😊

Brought my baby girl in last night all the way from Yakima. Thank god you guys have this available to us because we have no emergency vets in town. We were seen quickly due to her condition and have called multiple times to get clarification on things and are always met with amazing service. Thank you so much for making this difficult time alittle less scary. The cost was a shock at first but in an emergency like this my babies health is completely worth it!

Very helpful and kind to our dog. Porcupine vs. Labrador and the amazing people were able to remove all the quills and make sure Henry was not in any pain.

My cat was so so sick and he was there (on oxygen) over two weeks. The entire staff was kind and compassionate and really went above and beyond to make sure he recovered. They thought outside the box and did everything they could. They were great about communication and updates and letting me visit. You can tell every single person that works there really loves animals and they love their jobs and it shows. They even gave him a teddy bear to snuggle with for comfort! I am so grateful they saved my Loki!

My Pepper suffered a catastrophic health crises, saddle thrombus. I walked in the door and didn't even have a chance to fill out the paperwork and they had him in the back. They worked so fast to get him pain medication I couldn't be more impressed. Sadly for saddle thrombus for both legs is almost always fatal, and there was nothing that could be done. So they let me say my goodbyes. There was no pressure to hurry up, they were so kind, so patient. They encouraged me to get my closure and take as much time as I needed. When helping him cross the rainbow bridge she was sure to tell me that he could still hear me and so I could help him be brave. They let me stay with his remains as long as I needed. We took care of everything in the back so I wouldn't have to cry in the waiting room. They gently carried him out to the car for me. I can not speak highly enough of the care they took of him and me. I will forever be grateful.
