Animal Hospital of Pasco

I have been going to the animal hospital of pasco for at least 28 years. They are great.

They were quick and caring. I came in holding my kitty with tears in my eyes. They asked no questions, just took us straight to the back. She ended up needing to be put to sleep and they made the experience as warm and comfortable for the both of us as I think possible. Thank you for being there for me in a very emotional time

We love this place Dr Dailey is the best. We have a GSD named Copper that has had a ton of ear issues and thanks to Dr D we have been able to get things figured out! What I love about my experience there is the front end staff is super helpful and always wanting to accommodate or help me and it’s clear their main goal is the health and wellness of your pets not money. Several times Dr. D has explained to me why some tests are or are not necessary she doesn’t just do tests to do them. We just adopted 2 new Lab puppies and there was no other place I wanted them to be than with Dr. Dailey!

We’ve been bringing our pets here for years. Recently, within a two week period, we had to have two of our Shih Tzu euthanized. The loss, as with any pet, was heartbreaking. Both dogs were certified Therapy Dogs, and both were titled Nosework dogs. We chose to have the remains cremated. When the remains were returned to the clinic they called me and advised me, "(dogs name) is back in the clinic and ready to be picked up anytime you’re ready." I thought this was such a sweet and compassionate way to tell the pets owner that the remains were there. Thank you AHoP for your kindness and compassion. In particular we want to thank Dr. Benson and the Veterinary Technicians for the many healthy years our pets had while on loan to us from the Great Creator.

We have been a client of Animal Hospital of Pasco (Dr. Hank Oliver) and his staff for over 40 years. They have always been there for us anytime for all our pets needs and services.

The front desk ladies were amazing, however, one of the assistants were very abrasive, and made comments regarding how I was able to care for my pet and the quality of life said pet would have. Answered questions very conde as well. Only giving 3 stars for said front desk ladies and the fact animal hospital of pasco has reasonable prices but I will not be returning to said establishment due to vet assistant making me feel stupid, and being unhelpful.

I have been bringing my pets to the Animal Hospital for almost 10 years and I will continue to do so. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the veterinarians and techs are knowledgeable and caring. My only criticism is the wait time, but that's only because they have a lot of loyal patients and take as much time with each patient as necessary for their needs. I highly recommend the Animal Hospital!
