This is the best animal hospital we've brought our cats too. Friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable staff and Vets. My cats have always been treated with gentle love and all procedures were fully explained. Costs are reasonable for their services 24/7. Overall, we will continue to bring our pets here.

I am so surprised to read the negative experiences. We have taken our elderly cat, Handsome, there twice and both times were impressed with the vet and staff. The service, care, and compassion was 5 ⭐ The most recent visit was due to an abnormal growth on his left front paw that was causing him a lot of pain and affecting his mobility. It was most likely due to being declawed many years ago and before we got him. Animal-AM Emergency was not our regular vet; I was there for a 2nd opinion on the growth, specifically, was surgery an option. Dr. Vicky C. was the vet we met with. We discussed the pros, cons, and risks of surgery (he has a heart murmur). She was professional and to the point. We decided to go for it. They had an opening that day so, with some trepidation, we left him. Late afternoon she called, during the surgery, to report various findings in his blood work and xray. BTW, because they have in-house xray and blood diagnosis the cost is much less then if your vet has to send out these services. I'm beyond happy to say that the surgery went well! He came home with a huge bandage that required several additional visits for her to keep an eye on the healing process. Now Handsome is back to his old self, playing and moving around. I am so grateful to Dr. Vicky, the vet techs who took care of bandaging him, and the staff. Well done guys! 🐈‍⬛♥️⭐

We are so fortunate this hospital is nearby and always available. Our dog was having terrible seizures and the office staff rushed out with a gurney to role her in. In her condition we were not surprised they rushed her straight in order to subdue her. She wasn’t in any condition to continue on, but the doctor was so kind and we appreciate his honesty with her condition and the treatment options. Thank you so much Animal AM. We appreciate you.

One now fully understands why the ratings of this establishment are deservedly low. Long story short, my dog was recovering on a filthy floor after MAJOR surgery. His kidneys are acutely failing. Not to mention the night staff are inexcusably unprofessional and rude. Tanya proceeds to argue w/ me over the telephone surrounding the substandard conditions. The evening staff are extremely insensitive and off-putting. All the while, my poor dog lying on the floor passing away literally in filth (probably had sepsis as well). As I type this review, Tanya phoned my home requesting additional payment (an exhorbitant amount) for pain medication. One can't make this up, no one would believe it.

I had a family friend tell me about this place where she took her dogs. She told me she had her dogs cremated there. Well my sweet Rusty who I have had for almost 18 years had passed away unexpectedly. I was in a state of shock so my family friend told me to call them. When I called I told the receptionist my situation that my cat just had passed away and if it was possible to have her cremated with them, she told me absolutely. I told her my fiance would be bringing her. When he got there she already had the papers to fill out ready for him to sign. The price was affordable. They went above and beyond our expectations. Not only did I get her ashes in a beautiful wood box but it came with a plaque of my cats name on top. Also got a certificate when she was cremated from an outside agency they work with. And last not least seeds forget me not flowers to plant in her memory. Exactly 3 weeks later I got a letter from them saying condolences. Most definitely recommend them. Whenever my family and I decide to get an animal we will be coming here to get them help. Thank you so much!

Terrible phone service skills. I understand it’s a emergency clinic but if you are going to hang up on your patients when trying to schedule a appoint for check ups do not advertise that you provide those services. Not only was I hung up on I was put on hold cut off mid sentence when I tried to call again who ever worked jume 16 2026 needs to be supervised
