We had a great experience at VCA 80 Animal Hospital. The staff was very friendly and took great care of my dog during his checkup. They gave us a lot of helpful information about his breed and answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed. They also helped set up a care plan moving forward, which made us feel a lot more confident about keeping him healthy long term. You can tell they genuinely care about the animals and their owners. Definitely recommend them.

I cannot express my pleasure with my pup, Elroy J's care and also the way they treated me. Many thanks and blessings go out to Dr. Batenhorst for really making me and Elroy J comfortable from day one through 14 weeks of care. On November 9th my Yorkie, Elroy J was seen here, he had a broken right front leg. He had almost weekly follow ups, and became what seemed like a rockstar. I swear every person that worked there knew him. The leg never healed, so amputation was the only option. They assured me that he would adapt quickly. Less than a week later he was sleeping on that side and within two weeks he was back to his natural self, playing with Maggie Mae, his bonded partner.

I adopter two foster kittens from the Humane Society years ago and was immediately impressed with the time they spent with me and the kittens and the care they received. They aren’t the least expensive in town and as my financial situation changed, I tried other vets. I was continually disappointed in their lack of interest in my cats and cold business like approach to their health. Now my cats are older and I have concerns, so I returned to VCA hoping for the same level of care I first experienced. I was not at all disappointed. The whole staff was great. Professional, smart, caring and kind. Dr Bettendorf answered my 500 questions without any frustration- only kindness and genuine concern about their care and making sure I had the answers I needed. Best care from the best staff!

I brought my baby girl in to find out why she was coughing so much and having a little trouble breathing. The vet examined her and said she has a trachea collapse. Her exact words was we don’t even need X-rays. So this Wednesday she had to be put to sleep and the X-rays this vet took showed cancer and fluid around her heart. Her trachea was perfect. All this time and money treating something that wasn’t wrong with her. Now my baby is no longer with me and my heart is broke in a million pieces.

Beau and Sophie got into some Gorilla glue. Beau is a high jumper knocked the glue out of a high shelf from a tote. We didn't know what we were going to do! I've never been to VCA 80 Dodge Animal Hospital. I called them and they got us right in. They were attentive to us and our pups. They did so much to help Beau and Sophie! They shaved around their mouths and did X-rays 3 days in a row to make sure there was no glue in their tummies. The Dr's were fantastic, and the staff were great!!! Beau and Sophie are doing fantastic!!!! Thank you VCA!!!

We rescued 3 kittens and needed to have them checked before taking them into our house. No other vet clinics would help us, but VCA 80 got us right in! Thanks to their kindness, the kittens are recovering in a safe home.
