Rockbrook vet is the best! My dog maple has been going here since we moved to the area, and we love it. The clinic is always so clean, and the staff are so kind and helpful. Our dog got bit by a much larger dog over the weekend, and they were extremely helpful at getting her in with virtually no notice and taking care of everything she needed. We really appreciate the great work they do! Also very reasonably priced compared to the other vet we used to visit in Omaha!! Can’t recommend them enough.

I brought my dog in that was having some serious issues. They took him in on short notice and took it very seriously. Got him checked out and x rayed within 30 minutes. Unfortunately, my dog had to be put down (heart tumor), but they made it happen quickly, and did not allow him to suffer. Overall, I paid much less than I would compared to the emergency vet clinics. They were very kind and sympathetic to the situation. I may have been lucky, as they had an opening available within 2 hours of calling them, and I do consider myself lucky for it. But I'm so glad I was able to take my dog here, I know they genuinely cared and wanted to help me make the right decision.

I have been bringing my animals to Dr. Martin Ramm for over 10 years, and in that time he has cared for my cat and two dogs through canine diabetes, feline kidney failure, malignant tumors, broken bones, and tick-borne diseases. Not once have I felt my pets weren't in the best of hands. What strikes me most about Dr. Ramm is his thoroughness. He never makes you feel rushed — he's a thinker who truly listens, and you always leave feeling heard. He doesn't jump to the quick and easy answer. He wants all the details and data, and takes the time to think things through carefully before making a diagnosis or decision. That approach has made a real difference for my animals and is truly what sets him apart from other veterinarians in Omaha. Through our conversations over the years, I can tell that Dr. Ramm stays current on peer-reviewed literature, which gives me enormous confidence that my pets are receiving care that reflects the latest science rather than information that was current years ago. And if all of the above wasn't enough, he is simply a genuinely good person — which matters so much to me. You can tell from his vet techs and front desk staff that they love and respect him. Dr. Ramm is simply the best, and I can't imagine trusting anyone else with my pets.

They are always so compassionate and clearly care about my animals but they are also understanding of financial constraints. They don't offer payment plans or anything but they do their best not to go crazy with stuff without discussing the cost which I really appreciate. Every doctor and tech is so kind and makes me feel like they are doing all they can to help my pets live full and happy lives.

The most caring and skilled set of doctors I've ever met. After spending literally thousands at another vet, I accidentally happened upon them because my vet at the time sent me there for imaging (their machine wasnt working). Even though we were only there for imaging, Dr. Natalie Allen thought she knew what was going on, did some testing of her own, and diagnosed my dog same day. Since then we have been working together to help my dog manage his diabetes and various related issues. While he has a glucose monitor in, she checks in regularly to go over numbers and make any needed insulin and food adjustments and she has even called pharmacies for me trying to find the proper supplies for him. Really going the extra mile. My dog had a hypoglycemia issue once while she was out of the office and we got equally amazing service from Dr. Martin Ramm. He was even available via text in the early morning and evening during this time to help ensure we gave my dog the right amount of insulin while he was recovering. I can't say enough good things about the caring staff at this place and I'll never go to another vet as long as they're around. Happy with our experiences when in the clinic, everyone is friendly, helpful, and never pushy! But I have never once had them answer the phone when I was calling to schedule something. They do call back but a bit frustrating to have to wait for a call back every single time.

I took my cat Bentley in after he developed uncontrolled nausea and vomiting . He quickly deteriorated and wasn’t eating or drinking . Dr. Natalie was amazing . She quickly assessed and came up with a plan for several days . She didn’t order a bunch of tests , just the most important ones for diagnosis and treatment . My husband and I liked her immediately because she had excellent bed side manner and we felt confident Bentley was in great hands . She maintained excellent communication with us and even called us later one eve to check on him . We followed her advice and plan for our precious cat. It worked !!! Bentley is back to normal . A week ago I was sure I was going to loose Bentley . Thanks to Dr. Natalie and all the staff at Rockbrook our Bentley survived . Also a shout out to Jessie, vet tech , and the vets that covered the weekend . All the staff is amazing . I highly recommend Rockbrook Animal Clinic ! Thank you Dr.Natalie , Jessie and all the wonderful staff who cared for Bentley .
