My wife and I have been taking our pets to Northwest Animal Hospital for a number of years. The staff has always been A+ and the Doctors are knowledgeable and compassionate. My oldest daughter now takes her pets there as well.

I've been taking my furbabies here for over 20 years. The front attendees, techs and doctors are very caring and understanding. They have helped some of my babies cross the rainbow bridge, came in on says off because one had a blockage and had to have emergency surgery. 1/26/26 I had to get my 2 males neutered calling me after each one had been done letting me know how they were doing. Kept them overnight and allowed me to pick them up the next day when I was able too. I always get a call checking on my babies after procedures and the costs are not over the top. I would recommend to anyone looking for a caring loving vet for their furbabies

Mixed up our billing address. Rude when we tried figuring out whether we owe the human society, or if we paid this hospital. Now I am more concerned if they gave us MY dogs ashes. Btw, maybe the card they give should be changed, or taken out completely. -"Sorry, we know its hard when a family member is "GONE". Here are some forget-me-knots." ...You're kidding me right? "GONE" ? Thank you for your forget me knots. Now I'll never forget how my best buddy, is gone. THANKS! ...Heeler passed, he was a good boy, and now, my best buddy, is gone.... Way to rub it in.. I know it wasn't meant that way, but jeez. Consider what is put on these cards, that is given to those, who are grieving their best buds. Please. Thank you.

They exhibit a kindness to your pet as if it was one of theirs....it is reminiscent of just great care, comfort and consideration, the 3 Cs' that put you at ease.

This place is everything a vet's office should be - quick, easy, stress-free for both me and my cat. The staff was really nice and made my cat feel as comfortable as possible, and she's always much more at ease at this vet than she is at others. They also checked prices with me before doing screenings, which is something I really appreciated to avoid a surprise bill at the end of the visit. They walk you through all of the screenings they do, and explain every aspect of an X-ray so you can understand what's going on. They also were able to get me in really quickly as soon as I called and said I wanted to get her checked out.

Doctor and vet tech team were so nice and knowledgeable! Highly recommend
