Gentle Doctor Animal Hospital has been an incredible place for my dogs over the years. All three of my pets have received amazing care from their friendly and compassionate staff. They truly go above and beyond, adding personal touches like writing my dogs’ names on adorable bags that make us feel so special. With multiple locations nearby, it’s always convenient, and scheduling appointments, even on short notice. The team at Gentle Doctor consistently shows their dedication to both pets and owners. They’ve helped me set up payment plans and even suggested non-medical treatments to make care more affordable. Their flexibility in accommodating last-minute visits or medicine pick-ups, even on Saturdays, is something I truly appreciate. Every interaction proves how much they value their clients and their beloved animals. Gentle Doctor Animal Hospital has been a lifesaver for my family, and I wholeheartedly recommend them. Their knowledgeable vets and caring staff truly set them apart. They’re simply the best.

As always, Gentle Doctor takes such good care of my mean cat. Dr. Hays is so kind and patient, and understanding. He doesn't scruff (Which is so wonderful- it makes both me and my cat feel safer) and they truly live up to their name. They are gentle doctors. They make pet care easier, and they are knowledgeable. I can't recommend them enough!

my puppy eats . . . Yucky stuff. Thank goodness Gentle Vet could see him right away. The vets work with eachother in case of questions (an abnormal X-Ray) and plans are well communicated. Today, my puppy is recovered. Thankfully he avoided surgery because of the fast intervention at Gentle Vets. I am so grateful to have this vet office available. ********** I have a new puppy and he sees the vets and techs at Gentle Doctor on Maple. They are very thorough, sensitive and, well, GENTLE! My young pup is in good hands. ************ What a relief to find a vet who was willing to work with me on a longterm plan. The office was clean, spacious and staffed with techs who were thoughtful and knowledgeable. After a pretty traumatic experience involving the local vet ophthalmology office, I needed to find a veterinarian willing to make a plan of care that did not require return to that "other" office. I don’t want to put my aged dog through regular (expensive!) monitoring ending with drastic surgery. Dr. Rotthaus was understanding about this AND reassuring. Furthermore, Dr. Rotthaus’s office is able to do the limited screening my dog actually needs re: tear production or addressing conjunctivitis. My dog is comfortable for now; we’re both happy and will carry on, knowing Gentle Doctor has our backs.

Autumn did a fantastic job. I was so pleased she was able to squeeze us in. The staff at the Maple Street location is so friendly and helpful.

I have been going to Gente Doctor grooming for almost a couple years and they have done a very nice job. My groomer always catches things about my dog like lumps or ear irritation and makes sure to let me know. The receptionist is very nice and helpful as well.

Maizie got spayed & chipped. Bryce & Monica were loving & attentive with her. The Dr called after the surgery & vertigo helpful & caring. Took his time answering my questions. Every experience at Gentle Doctor has been exceptional. The front desk staff are great too.

All of the staff at The Gentle Doctor Grooming are always so nice and very professional. My dog and cat are both groomed by Sam. Sam does a great job at listening to the clients needs and special requests. They are very flexible if life happens and you have to reschedule your appointment. Special shout out to Jamie for keeping all of us Pet parents on point with pick up and drop off times and appointment reminders. 10 out of 10!! Thanks Gentle Doctor Grooming!!
