I have used this place multiple times in the past and have never had any complaints. The woman that answered the phone this morning was incredibly rude and completely unhelpful. We have a puppy needing to be neutered, and was calling to get a rough estimate and possible date range for when they could schedule him. She wanted to know how much the puppy would weigh day-of surgery, because she can't quote or schedule without that info. I 100% understand that anesthesia is based on weight, and explained that comprehension to her, but that we could not predict the future on what a growing puppy would weigh in a month. She said, "Well I don't know what to tell you, we can't schedule without knowing his weight DAY-OF surgery". We pointed out that they would confirm at check-in what he weighs, and she still insisted there was nothing she could do to help us or schedule the neuter. Super bummed that we received this kind of treatment, have always had good experiences there. Do better. The next vet we called spent 20+ minutes on the phone asking and answering questions, and was so wonderful, like a decent person should be, and how a business keeps customers.
Been taking my cats here for years. Great prices and the employees are nice and easy to work with. It is a smaller veterinarian so I would always call and schedule ahead for your animals just in case they are busy.
Charged us one price then, when we got there started adding stuff on before the animal was even . also refused to honor our religious beliefs about our pet. The woman was extremely rude. Would not listen to a word, I said, I highly recommend that nobody ever put their pet through being handled by these people. She even went as far as to try to quote state law falsely while refusing to honor our religious beliefs.
They are very reasonably priced now you do have to wait for a couple months for your appointment and they do require up front the best thing to do is go in and do walk-in appointment setting so that you don't have to worry about having to constantly call back. The place is very clean they have the cutest kitty that welcomes you at the door.
Super helpful and was able to get our new Kitten checked out and first set of shots. They have been a Staples in the Omaha community for 60 years my moms and I have taken our pets here for the last 15 years with out issue. I highly recommend. They are popular and busy so call ahead and plan accordingly. The price They quote you is the same in the clinic.
My eight month old cat was spayed here and I had nothing but a wonderful experience. ☺️ When making your appointment, they do ask you to pay ahead of time. This is completely understandable because some people will be a no-show. This place is the most affordable in Omaha so please be patient with them as they are busy. The employees are very kind and work very hard. Dr. Walters was absolutely incredible & knowledgeable. She has tremendous experience as a vet. I highly recommend this clinic!
I got my wiener dog neutered over a year ago and forgot to leave a review! As a pet owner, I was so scared to bring him to a vet I didn’t know—like TEARS in the car before bringing him in. But (once I sucked it up and brought him in) they did a WONDERFUL job and they treated my baby with so much care. Such an easy healing process too. They asked me before doing any nail trimming etc so there wouldn’t be an unexpected price addition. I will use them in the future again!
