Banfield Pet Hospital

We recently brought our cat, Phoebe, in for a first time visit at this practice to get some things checked out. With previous practices we’ve had less than pleasant experiences. But Dr. Thompson and Ana were both so sweet and seemed to truly care about the work they were doing.

Dr. Bentley and Ana at Banfield Quail Springs always takes care of my dogs no matter the issue. The y always listen and are great at answering any questions or concerns I might have.

This group of people amaze me every time I take a pet. They’re caring, welcoming and consistent. I have had many concerns with one of my babies and it turned out to be something silly but they listened. They took my concerns seriously and they took us through the process just the same. I recommend their plans also. The cost is not that great compared to the procedures that I have had done. It’s saved me hundreds! I feel peace in my mind knowing that I can get my baby seen anytime I want and it’s taken care of by the plan. I love it!

Dr Thompson and Ana took such good care of Buddy’s minor injured paw. Checked him over and trimmed the rest of his nails. So very grateful that they are kind and loving to my grumpy old boy.

Exceptional care taken of our pet. Dr Thompson actually got on the floor to examine our pet. She is very kind and cares about our pet. She listens to our concerns. Myles is also awesome.

Ultimately the best team of Veterinarians, techs and employees in the business. They take great care of all my pets.

I just wanted to leave a quick review of gratitude 🩷 we've been patients of Banfield for over 20 years first with our poodle and now with our Chi blu Dr. Thompson has done an excellent job with our little guy and the staff is very kind and sweet 😍 thank you all for taking such great care of our baby.
