Dr. Vicki Myers was excellent with caring for my dog Cooper, and her technician 😊 I was greeted with kindness and they took care of my dog and made me feel like he was in the best hands! I highly recommend anyone to go to PetSmart in our walk for their urgent needs, I was also able to make an appointment online yesterday and they saw me right away. Great experience.

Dr. Vicki Myers is truly exceptional. She has cared for both of my dogs, and I cannot say enough about how kind, professional, and trustworthy she is. Recently, she went above and beyond by staying late to fill my dog’s prescription after we found out she had a parasite. Not only did she make sure we had what we needed for that dog, but she also took the time to prepare medication for my second dog as well. She even waited for me after hours so I wouldn’t have to come back. That level of care and dedication is rare. She and her sweet staff were so gentle and calm with my "scared of everyone" dogs, and that makes such a difference! She is equally respectful and clear when speaking with me. I really appreciate that she explains everything, discusses costs upfront, and never pushes anything unnecessary. You can tell she genuinely cares about both the animals and their owners. I feel very lucky to have found her and truly hope she never leaves. I highly recommend Dr. Myers to anyone looking for a compassionate and honest veterinarian.

Ginger and I had a really good experience at Petsmart today! I came early and they saw me right away. Very helpful with pricing information and payment plans! Dr. Myers and the nurse both very caring and helpful.

Very convenient to book. Open on sundays. When my dog had an ear infection that I noticed Saturday night, I was able to bring her in and not have to wait till Monday.

I had a great experience at Onyx Pet Care 🐾✨ The staff was very kind, patient, and professional. They treated my dog with so much love and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Everything was explained clearly and the process was quick and smooth. Prices are fair and the clinic is clean. I recently brought my 12-year-old Maltipoo Major to see Dr. Vicki Meyers, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the experience.
