Norwalk Animal Hospital is the best! Jodi is so kind, caring and compassionate. Eric is so nice, efficient and caring. I can’t say enough about Dr. Wolf, she’s the Vet you want for your animals, so compassionate, loving and patient. If you want a place that takes good care of your pets, truly cares and will work with you on any issues, this is the place to choose. We are so happy here!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this team. Carissa and Eric are an absolute dream—so kind, compassionate, and always going above and beyond. Dr. McLaughlin is one of the most caring and knowledgeable vets I’ve ever met. He has supported me through the care of my two beloved dogs who have since passed, and now with my very complicated pup, Mickey, he continues to show patience, skill, and true compassion. I also foster regularly, and they are always attentive and completely up to date with each foster’s needs. Every interaction is handled with such class, professionalism, and grace. I trust them wholeheartedly with my pets and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.

If I could put a zero I would. I am beyond disappointed by how little compassion was shown this morning. My dog was sick all night with diarrhea, and I brought him in as soon as I could, hoping someone would help. He is an existing patient at this practice, yet because my usual vet was out until Monday, I was told the other vet would not see him because she was "booked," even though that vet was in the office and there were no other patients there at the time. Rather than helping a sick dog in need, they told me to go to the emergency hospital. That is unacceptable. In my opinion, a veterinary practice should put the health of the animal first, no matter which doctor the pet usually sees. I left feeling upset, disappointed, and honestly angry. I will never return. My dog is like my child. They obviously do not care. I will NEVER return.

Amazing facility!!! Dr. Harlan and his staff have treated several of my dogs over many years and they have always given us exceptional care. The whole staff is super friendly and courteous and really make what can generally be a stressful experience for my pups and me so much easier. They really are very caring and knowledgeable. HIGHLY recommend!!!

I switched to Norwalk Animal Hospital after a bad experience with my previous vet, and am SO happy I found them. I call them whenever I have any concern about my Bernese Mountain Dog and they always have availability to see me. I absolutely love how welcoming the staff is and how there is literally never a wait time. They always take my concerns seriously, which I appreciate so much, and tell me when to worry! It’s also wonderful they have a rehab center attached, as my dog has done and will continue to do hydrotherapy. I cannot recommend them enough, especially as a major dog mom who never stops worrying about my pup!

I have two hairless cats and am admittedly very specific when it comes to their care just because the breed is prone to upper respiratory and heart issues. The doctors and staff at NAH are so thorough, professional and comforting with their recommendations and care for Herm and Wally. They have set the bar so high I could never go anywhere else. 10/10 amazing people and service.

This place was amazing I very much recommend it for any pet that you have! They are very professional friendly and welcoming we just brought our two collies here and they were very good kind and gave us all the results we needed!
