MedVet Norwalk

I took my dog Amigo to MedVet twice on Saturday, May 24. As soon as I got there Denise checked us in and was very concerned and compassionate as was the rest of the Staff. The doctors were wonderful, they took their time to explain everything to me and were also very compassionate. Denise totally understood and talked to me the whole time, she tried to calm me down and it worked. My overall experience was WONDERFUL!!!!

I want to express my deepest gratitude to the entire team at MedVet for the exceptional care they provided to my dog, Oliver. From the very beginning, it was clear how intentional and thoughtful everyone was in their approach. The level of care, attention, and professionalism we experienced meant so much to our family during such a difficult time. Communication was always clear, compassionate, and honest, which gave us comfort and trust every step of the way. In Oliver’s final moments, the empathy, love, and support shown by the team were truly unforgettable. They treated him with such dignity and kindness, and they supported us with so much compassion. That meant more than I can put into words. I would like to give a special thank you to Dr. Fischer, Dr. Miller, Denise at the front desk for her warmth and kindness, and to the nurses Ruth, Nichole (night), and Dannie (always so loving with our baby). Each of you made a lasting impact with your care and compassion. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for everything you did for Oliver and for us.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about MedVet. The doctors, veterinary technicians, and staff are compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly care about their patients. They have helped save my dog's life on several occasions, and I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care they have provided. Every visit has been handled with professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern. I highly recommend MedVet to anyone seeking outstanding veterinary / emergency care. They are simply amazing.

Outstanding Care and Compassion at MedVet Norwalk Yesterday, I took my mom’s fur baby, Soju, to MedVet Norwalk, and I cannot say enough positive things about the experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warmth and compassion and treated Soju with the absolute best care. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Morduchaer, Denise, Denixza, front desk receptionist , and Spencer—each of them was incredibly helpful, supportive, and genuinely caring. They took the time to explain everything and made sure Soju received the best possible treatment. Over the past few months, my mom experienced the heartbreaking loss of another fur baby. At the two previous vets we visited, the conversation immediately focused on high costs and a required 30% down payment—before even discussing treatment. We understand veterinary care is a business, but it was difficult to feel heard or supported in those moments. At MedVet, it was the complete opposite. They prioritized care, compassion, and communication first, and that made all the difference. We felt respected, supported, and reassured—and most importantly, Soju was treated with kindness and expertise. We are truly grateful for the outstanding care we received and highly recommend MedVet Norwalk to anyone looking for a veterinary team that leads with heart. 🐾💙

I went to MedVet without knowing what to expect. I was very worried about my doggie. From the front desk, Denise, to the wonderful nurse, DeAnn, and then to top it all off, Dr. Bryant were like angels to me. They all took the time with Jenna and were so caring and so supportive. They were exactly what I needed at that difficult moment and I will not forget how all went so well for us. Thank you guys.

My dog is really in bad shape. My daughter and I are very concerned about her back pain. Dr. Michelle gave us the information and medication necessary to help her and suggested two hospitals to take her. The ladies at the front desk and Jonathan were very kind as well. We are happy we decided to take our Bailey there instead of the famous Shelton’s place ( I forgot the name).

The MedVet team is amazing. They are true experts in the field of animal care. They also are deeply empathetic and pure hearted. My dog, Chloe, couldn’t be saved unfortunately but the MedVet team made her feel at home and happy in her darkest moments. I will come back to them when I have the strength to get another dog.
