Dr. Williamson at Northridge Pet Hospital saved my very sick cat. I cannot be happier with the outcome. Max is FIV positive and I didn't think he would make it. He didn't eat or drink for a week and it seemed like his organs were already shutting down.
Northridge Pet Hospital has always been there for me and my fur babies. I have been bringing my babes there for over 10 years. Maya and Allison are always amazing and so helpful. I absolutely love Dr Williams. I will always trust and love Northridge Pet Hospital ❤️
Do not bring your pets here. My sweet dog died under the care of vet Williams during a normally safe dental procedure, and the vet and manager refused to come out and speak with me after. My sister and I waited for 2 HOURS to speak to Williams and a manager and no one ever came out. This horrible bedside manner made a traumatic experience even more traumatic. They do not care about you or your animals here - they treated my dog like she was a rag doll and had nothing to say to me after. (And yes they did charge me for the procedure and then tried to get me to pay for the cremation. That was their main concern - making money after their negligence.)
My family and I have been going to NPH since we first moved into the neighborhood and not once have we regretted it. Maya, Allison, Dr. Williams, and everyone else there has taken amazing care of our fur babies. They always do their absolute best to help out everyone. I could not ask for a better vet and I am so grateful for them! <3
The only vet I trust with my Chihuahua! They know her by name whenever I call with any questions or concerns, and are just the most sweet and caring vet techs. The doctor also calls for preapproval for any procedure or medication, and they call to follow up as well! Love love love Northridge Pet Hospital and I recommend them to everyone.
This facility is the greatest. The DR And staff are very caring and professional. Very reasonable in cost. Your pet will be induldidually cared for because your in good hands.
13 year old dog needed a senior dog check up and his ear drained due to an infection. Contactless appointment and extremely affordable. Best experience ever! The Vet here is top notch and I highly recommend!
