Banfield Pet Hospital has been nothing short of spectacular thus far in my journey with my rescue pup, Dakota! From the courtesies I got from Televet service (not sure what it's called formally) when he hurt his dew claw to Kristen and Kat at the front desk making us feel welcome at every visit. The staff that work with my overenergized husky are PHENOMENAL! They're really knowledgeable about what they do. The love they have for the work that they do is shown by the love and compassion they have for Dakota. They're pet insurance is also super affordable and covers a ton. I think the most I came out of pocket with in the last 8 visits was $90. Definitely worth it to have. I've had so many great interactions and I apologize for not knowing all the staff by name yet, but I promise to get there.

My Louie developed a hematoma on his ear that had gotten bigger overnight - of course on a Sunday.. So, in search of a vet open I called Banfield. Not only were they reasonably priced (especially for weekend hours/"emergency" visit) the whole staff was amazing and very nice. They were booked for the day already but managed to fit me in and get my little guy some antibiotics for his infection. And he’s never even been there before.. I would highly recommend this vet. I will be switching and making this his normal routine vet moving forward. Great service, great staff, overall a great experience.

Horrible experience from start to when I walked out and told them to erase my information. I refuse to let my puppy be taken into a room without me on a first wellness check. Especially not to be able to inspect the room. They should inform you of that. I was told I couldn't go back because the room had drugs in it. Seriously an exam room! I would definitely give a zero if I could. I'm not wasting my time even talking about the staff. They have no pricing charts! Find a regular vet that is my opinion.

They are good with pets, but it seems that the greed isn't worth it. Now that I've taken my cat to a different vet, I can see that Banfield is ridiculously expensive. Between the wellness plan, that gave you a free visit, it ended up being way more expensive than any other vet office. They charge so much and say you're getting a discount, because you pay monthly for this plan. I stayed with them for so long though because they really are good with animals.

Horrible experience. Waited after 2 visits to tell me my kitten had ear mites. I called a couple times for info on the spay and what I needed to bring they said everything is covered by my plan so I just brought the cat and the cone they sold me and nothing else. Then they told me I need to cough up 25 bucks for pain meds. I didn’t bring any money with me. So after back and forth they finally waived the fee but they had the audacity to tell me it was my fault and said they are waiving it to do what’s best for my cat. In a condescending manner to suggest I don’t care about my cat. If they would have told me after I asked multiple times I would have brought it. The cone they sold me was way too big for my cat. So I left a bad review on the survey and this lady calls. She basically dismissed all my concerns and no accountability was taken. She had the audacity to blame my 5 month old kitten for "thrashing about" for the cone falling off. And with the ear mites that she must of got them here and that’s why they didn’t see them. And tried to gaslight me on how Ear mites work. I told her I wasn’t buying it, and even the vet said she would have gotten them from her mother she was 4 months at the first visit. Money hungry people.
