I had a wonderful experience with Pets First Medical Center when my foster cat, Jason, developed severe bronchitis. He was coughing around the clock, and I was understandably very worried. The clinic made it incredibly easy to get him seen quickly, and from the moment we arrived, the doctors and staff were fantastic to work with. The veterinary team took the time to thoroughly evaluate Jason, and together we were able to quickly identify the problem and start treatment. Thanks to their expertise and care, Jason was feeling better in no time. Everyone at the clinic was professional, compassionate, and genuinely cared about both their patients and their owners. As a cat lover myself, I especially appreciated how much the staff loves cats too. The ladies at the front desk were so friendly, and I enjoyed chatting with them about their own cats while we waited for Jason’s exam. Overall, this was an excellent experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Pets First Medical Center to anyone looking for veterinary care for a new pet or a beloved family member. They truly live up to their name and put pets first. Highly recommend!! I have a stray mama cat that got a major injury on her paw while being outside. I called and was able to be seen right away with no hassle, given meds and scheduled for a follow up. Over the weekend, the wound became much worse, so I contacted the office and was able to get in sooner than my follow up and got my girl all fixed up. She's now on the mend thanks to their entire team!

I can’t say enough great things about this veterinary clinic and their entire staff. I’ve been bringing my dog, Duncan, here for years, and they have always treated him as if he were part of their own family. Every visit was met with kindness, compassion, and genuine care, which gave me complete confidence that he was in the best hands. Recently, my family, and I had to make The difficult decision to say goodbye to Duncan. During one of the hardest moments we’ve ever faced, the staff showed an incredible level of empathy, patience, and support. They helped us understand our options, reassured us that we were making the right decision, and guided us through the process with so much compassion. Their kindness helped ease the tremendous weight from our shoulders. What meant the most was the love and care? They showed Duncan throughout his life and especially in his final moments. We will always be grateful for the comfort, dignity, and respect they gave both him and our family. Thank you to the entire team for everything you’ve done. You truly made a difference, and I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care.

Dr Audrey takes the time to explain everything, answer our questions, and treat every animal with incredible care and respect. I took my foster cats, Tootsie, there and they were absolutely amazing! I highly recommend taking your pets there.
