I've had a pretty bad experience with booking recently. We had appointments for 2 of our cats on the same day, but we needed to move the appointment for one of them. We reached out via email about moving that single cats appointment, but without properly informing us they moved both of the appointments. when we tried to get it back, the appointment was already gone. We've also tried to repeatedly switch contact information (over the course of months), and they continually contact the old information. Very frustrating.

These folks are amazing. Everyone at this practice - from the front desk to the techs to the vets - goes out of their way to provide exceptional service to your faminals. I have a senior dog that has several health issues, and I cannot believe how supportive they've been.

It was our first Vet visit. They treated my puppy like a princess. The staff was so friendly and patient. The vet was very knowledgeable and shared information in a way that anyone could understand.

I have used Boulevard Vet since I moved to the area 21 years ago. The vets are very friendly and listen to all of my worries and are amazing with my cats. They were amazing with my last dog. Dr. Lyons is our current vet and we love her!

I can't express enough how dedicated and thoughtful the whole team is. They were so understanding and explained everything down to the smallest detail for us. I lost my best friend, but she was so loved by the whole team and treated with the dignity and respect her big girl self demanded. All my respect.

The prices do seem pretty high and i may look for a new vet when my pet is due for their next annual. I also specifically asked if the recheck for a reevaluation after 2 weeks from starting a 2-week only antibiotic would be cheaper and was told yes because it was a recheck. It was still $100 (the same as a regular appointment) when we returned; had i known the actual price I wouldn't have bothered with getting my pet looked at again as they were by then completely fine. The vet I've seen each time is super nice and accommodating. We do seem to wait a fair bit past our appointment time each time I've gone. And when you do go back, you may talk to the vet tech but then wait quite a bit longer for the vet. They do give an estimate to sign before doing any work/seeing the vet. The price for the same annual with my previous vet is about double here and that was with me declining the optional fecal exam that was another $150. Also they dont have appointments readily available. My pet needed to come in for an infection and I was told their soonest appointment was like 5 weeks later but I could go on a wait list for cancellations. I've never had a vet who couldn't see my pets same day (or at the very least the next day) as a sick appointment.

I felt like THEY actually cared about my cupcake. They did not force shots on me or try to make me feel bad because I chose not to do certain things like ALOT OF PLACES DO! the nurse IS SUCH A SWEETHEART AND the vet was just so understanding..I will forever come here for all 6 of my cats. I appreciate ALL OF YOU!! ❤️ nowhere else every again.
