I cannot say enough amazing things about Kiln Creek Animal Care — and especially Dr. Lee. Dr. Lee is absolutely incredible. She has a way with Walker that is so special. She gets down on the floor with him, speaks his language, plays with him, and earns his trust before even beginning an exam. That level of care and patience means everything to me. Walker has had a very rough first year of life — parvo at just 4 months old, kennel cough, pneumonia — and he is alive because of the team here. Their quick action, knowledge, and dedication truly saved him. Last night, I ran in quickly to pick up medication and left Walker in the car since I was only going to be a minute. Dr. Lee and two of the techs came running out with me just to see him and check on him after his neuter surgery. That meant more to me than they probably realize. They genuinely love him, and it shows in everything they do. The care, compassion, and attention Walker receives here is phenomenal. I am beyond grateful to have found a team that treats my dog like their own. Forever thankful. ❤️

The best vet I could’ve chosen for Allium, and I’m always telling people to go to them. Ever since he was just 5 weeks old they have been on top of making him the healthiest orange boy ever. He was a street kitten so it was imperative that he had a vet that would be patient and kind to him, and they have gone above and beyond. Honestly, I feel like they’re a big reason to why he’s the social little love bug he is today. Thank you team for always being there for Allium, and making every vet trip an enjoyable experience <3.

Kiln Creek Animal Care, You all deserve recognition! We brought our 3 year old Labraheeler Zuri here and after two visits, we received knowledge about our dogs behavior, health and wellbeing and best of all Solutions that worked! After failed appointments, I’m so proud to say over two visits our baby is healthy, happy and all caught up on all of her vaccines! This has been a long time coming not realizing Zuri had anxiety. The money was worth it for the care we received. Thank you all for showing our dog love, understanding and compassion in your care. We will be returning for anything Zuri needs in the future! The staff at Kiln Creek Animal Care were amazing. The were so nice and understanding. We were able to get into a room right away and the care, concern, and patience they showed our dog was above and beyond. I am so thankful we found them. Highly recommend!!!

I sincerely cannot express how much I appreciate and trust Dr Harrison, techs, nurses, and staff. Dr Harrison is so genuine, honest, and straightforward with me about my cat Roger’s general health, and how gentle she is with him. He’s a scared boy and "freezes", but he melts like butter when she examines him. This helps me so much with my anxiety about his exam and results of tests, etc. During his 1st adult wellness exam, she was honest and sincere with his extra weight. She did not let me reason or explain his being overweight away and stuck to her guns in the kindest way. I followed her plan to the tee and he had huge success. I texted updates every two weeks and not one tech, nor Dr Harrison make me feel as if I was a bother or overbearing. Roger and I were encouraged and cheered on the entire way. I love how compassionate and patient everyone is, not only with my Roger, but with me as well. Bravo Zulu to the entire team at Kiln Creek Animal Care!

I cannot give this place and its staff enough praise. My fiancé had to make the difficult decision to put his dog down, and it was challenging to find a vet open on a Saturday that accepted walk-ins. Their pricing was very reasonable, but more importantly, the compassion they showed was beyond measure. The vet gave the dog snacks and even played her favorite song, making her final moments filled with comfort and love. The staff’s kindness didn’t end there—they later sent a sympathy card signed by the entire team. I highly recommend this vet to anyone!

Easy online booking. Fast service: They got us into a room right on time. Expert care: They were wonderful with my iguana and clearly know their stuff when it comes to exotics. Highly recommend them to any reptile owners in the area!
