URvet Care - Upper East Side NYC

My cat Donovan was very sick, and my regular vet was unavailable. I was able to get him an appointment at URvet Care and I was so impressed. He eventually needed stomach and bladder surgery, and they even arranged for him to be picked up and brought to their Astoria location at no charge. They allowed me to come visit him after the surgery and it was such a relief. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Revelas and Dr Lopez plus the amazing receptionist, Tania. After the wonderful care he received, I’m switching Donovan and my dog, Viggo to URvet for all their care. A huge thank you to everyone that works here!!

URvet Care on UES is the absolute best. I have been a long time resident of tye upper eastside and this is my favorite veterinary clinic by far. Tanya is very friendly and knowledgeable. She is efficient and a true asset to the community and her clinic. The vets here here for both the pets and their owners ! The additional staff also show lovecand great care to all that walk through the door. I also believe that fees are more than reasonable .I highly recommend this clinic.

As a first time puppy owner I am so extremely nervous. I did so much research about which vet to pick and heard great things about this location so I gave it a shot. I can’t say enough good things. Tanya at the front desk even though we were the last patients of the day was over the top kind, so affectionate with our puppy, so outgoing and helpful. When she confirmed my appointment the same morning I had noted in my head that she was so considerate and truly felt like she cared about getting us comfortable with our new pet. I made sure to schedule our next appointment when I knew she was working. Dr. Revelas was so patient and so understanding of all of our first time questions and truly answered each one thoughtfully and even showed us photos of her own dog which made the entire experience so personal rather than transactional. I would give this 6 stars if I could. So so so happy with my first visit here - will recommend this location to anyone who needs a vet!!!

I wanted to take a moment to thank Dr. Hessling and the entire UrVet team. They are truly incredible. My cat recently had surgery, and they called me every few hours to keep me updated. That constant communication made such a difference during a very stressful day. I care deeply about my cat, and was extremely worried, but the team eased my stress and nerves with their attentiveness and compassion. We’ve been part of the UrVet community for a few years, and I can’t say enough about how amazing they are. They hire exceptional veterinarians who genuinely care about your pets and treat them like their own. We are so grateful for everything they’ve done for us and Vera!

Five stars for UR Vet Clinic! They handled my cat’s travel certificate to Thailand perfectly, even with the tight turnaround for USDA originals during the holidays. Dr. Jennifer Lopez and the staff are professional, organized, and clearly experts in international travel requirements. The facility is also state-of-the-art. Highly recommend for both routine care and complex travel needs!

I took my baby Sonic to 1432 2nd ave and they treated my baby Sonic like a princess. Love that place, They were so kind and very loveable to my baby Sonic. Thank you so much.

I recently brought my dogs to URvet Care and was so impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I called to request an appointment, the staff could not have been kinder or more attentive. The facility itself is cheerful, colorful, and welcoming - such a refreshing change from so many dreary vet offices. Upon arrival, we were even offered coffee and water, and my dogs were given treats right away - such thoughtful touches that made us all feel comfortable and at home. The team truly went above and beyond to make us feel cared for. They took the time to explain everything clearly and I felt completely at ease knowing the dogs were in such good hands. As a pet parent with two dogs, I’ve visited many vets over the years, and this was by far the most professional and compassionate practices I’ve encountered. I’m very grateful to have found them and highly recommend URvet Care to anyone looking for outstanding A+++ veterinary care in NYC.
