Every interaction from email to phone call and in-person was pleasant, polite, intentional and genuine. Everyone was kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable. Especially with easy access either same day or next day is incredible! What a blessing! Everything was reasonably priced! They were so great with our new dog!

As a former client (first visit 2019) and now an active client, we love love the clinic! Dr. Ann and tech Shayla were amazing during yearly check ups for Zeke (chocolate lab) and Bosco (chocolate long haired chihuahua). My lab was recently in again for dental work - what pearly teeth he has now, not to mention no more stinky breath. From phone calls, checking in, techs and Dr’s, it’s absolutely phenomenal! Thank you for everything that you do!

The staff here are like cat whisperers! Every single person i encountered there was amazing. My cat is the most nervous and anxiety ridden cat I've ever met. By the end of our short visit she seemed to be at ease with them which is CRAZY for her. I was able to get an appointment quickly while being a new patient. I was worried about the bill because we needed x rays and prescriptions, but at checkout I was shocked and grateful by how low it was. Every step of our visit from making the appointment to walking out the door was stress free and amazing. I'm so happy to have made the right choice when choosing a new vet and will never go anywhere else!

All I can say is how grateful I am to Dr. Bero and his entire staff as I will never entrust my fur'babies to any other Vet/Clinic EVER! You are greeted with GENUINE smiles and made to feel at ease when going to a new Vet. They explain things in a way that one can understand and always are ready to answer any questions you may have. They truly understand the deep LOVE we have for our fur'babies and that is important to me. My cat (Gizmo) recently had his yr exam as well as some dental work and during the exam it was discovered he has what is called "pillow foot" which I had never heard of before and it can become very serious without treatment. Honestly, Dr. Bero is beyond AWESOME as well as his very caring staff. Not the best pic of Gizmo but here he is being his usual lazy self, lol

Wonderful Vet and wonderful staff! The Doctor explained everything thoroughly and answered all our questions for our kitties first visit! I love that they are a small clinic, very personable. I know Salem and Newt are in good hands!

We've gone to them ever since our older male cat got sick. They allowed us to try everything to get him to a better spot while ultimately helping us make that very touch choice to put him to rest and giving us a good group to call for an at home visit for that. Since then, they have seen our younger female cat and they've been great. Overall they go above and beyond (A lot of times we feel bad for them always making time for us) but we are super thankful. Thank you everyone who works here for making the lives of our kitties better.

This was the best experience I’ve had with a vet ever. They were quick, they were thorough, and they gave me the estimate before I had to pay so I knew how everything was before going through with procedures. On top of this, Dr. Megan, the front desk ladies, and the aid were all super sweet. The vet clinic itself was very clean and didn’t smell musty like the other vets I’ve been to. This was genuinely a great experience and my bearded dragon felt comfortable with them, too.
