Ohmygoodness... the staff and Dr. were outstanding! I have never met a nicer crew than them! They made me feel so important a wonderful. They took such awesome care of, Dinky, my cat... my fur baby. Transcend Veterinary is amazing! This was my first experience using their urgent care services, and I couldn’t be more impressed. My dog needed to be seen for an ongoing concern, but my primary vet and several other clinics had no availability. Transcend made the process quick, easy, and stress-free. We were able to get in right away and be seen quickly. Every staff member was kind, helpful, and genuinely caring. It was clear they truly love what they do and are passionate about helping animals. We worked with Dr. Haley Jansen, who took the time to thoroughly discuss her findings, explain our options, and provide helpful education and recommendations. I never felt rushed and appreciated the level of care and communication. I highly recommend Transcend Veterinary, especially when your regular vet isn’t available or if you’re looking for an alternative to BluePearl.

We first went to Transcend when our dog needed a toenail removed, simply because they were the only clinic with an opening. From the start, they were amazing, very transparent about pricing and clearly explained what they were going to do, which we really appreciated. A few months later, we found ourselves in the heartbreaking position of needing to say goodbye to our cat. We brought him to Transcend, and they made such a difficult experience as comfortable as it possibly could be. The staff was incredibly kind, sincere, and compassionate, not only toward our cat but toward us as well. They truly went out of their way to make sure we all felt cared for. We are so grateful for the empathy and professionalism they showed during both visits and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I came in scared about my cat’s condition and health. Through their phenomenal communication skills, transparency about treatment, and amazing assessment skills. They were able to put me at ease and treat my cat appropriately. I left feeling confident in my cats care and so relieved That everything was going to be okay. 10/10 recommend. Dr. Jansen was mine and George’s hero today!

Brought our pet to Transcend when I couldn’t get an appointment at our Regular Vet because she was "off" or as the vet put it ADR, ain’t doing right! I entered the virtual waiting room and within a couple of hours, I was given an appt time about two times more than the time I said I could get there in which I thought was fabulous. The registration person, Dr. Jansen, Samantha, and Alondra were all absolutely fabulous! They made me feel comfortable the whole entire appointment with meaningful discussion and feedback. But the best part was my dog was comfortable as well. Nice job, Transcend!

My vet recommended them out of 4 and I am so happy I chose them!!! At first I was leary about going online and filling out their paperwork to get an appointment but they texted me within a half hour after submitting it it and asked me if the time they offered would work for (includes your drive time! I am an hour away from them). The staff was amazing with my Boxer and me. I asked to keep me informed on the costs as we went as I had a budget and they did! I will definitely recommend them !!!!

If there was a 10-star rating, it would be fitting! My dog had a gastrointestinal problem that was causing bleeding. Transcend texted me after-hours to tell me that they had an 8am appt available the next day. Today I was greeted by the most bubbly, friendly staff. The dr explained my options clearly and we agreed on sedation. They brought in a dog bed and blanket to make my husky more comfortable. I got to stay in the room with him til he fell asleep. Then they brought a gurney in to transport him. Xrays, fluids, and a complete physical was done. They even offered to clip his nails while asleep. The dr reviewed the xrays with me and clearly showed me the issues. After this was completed, they let me stay with my dog while he woke up. It was an excellent experience and I didn't feel stressed. Dr Jansen is very thorough and made me feel at ease. In May 2025, my husky had the same medical problem. At that time, I had no option but to go to a competitor (BP). THAT was a HORRID place. Today's EXACT SAME procedure cost $3,000 LESS than their competitor. Transcend's staff truly CARES. I am referring Transcend to every animal owner I come into contact with!! KUDOS!!
