Dr. Durbin and staff treat my Lola like one of their own! She actually enjoys coming to the vet and loves everyone that works there in the office. Their office is also very well maintained and always clean. She is always excited to come greet all of her friends there. They have helped us for 4+ years now through countless check up exams, UTIs, anxiety issues, tumor removal surgery, and even now the struggles and signs of aging. Every step of the way, they have provided exceptional care with Lola’s best interests at heart. I trust this incredible team with my sweet best friend, and I am so grateful for the compassion, kindness, and expertise they have shown us over the years. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. 💕

Thrive is my new go to vet! My daschund and I have been seen by Dr. Savage and Dr. Durbin, and they are so friendly and informative. The vet tech team is also so nice, Tyler always makes sure my anxious pup feels comfortable- my dog has never been so happy to go to the vet! Thrive is affordable and I leave feeling so much better about my dog’s health and my knowledge of her care. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Durbin and staff are amazing! Out of town visiting with my dog and he got sick. Got right in + a follow up next day. Dr. Durbin cared whole heartedly and her vet tech/nurse staff were awesome. Even the front desk was fantastic, walking us to a room as soon as we walked in. The whole place has nothing but outstanding people there!!! Pierce thanks you for helping him!

I have a 6 year old Mini Golden Doodle that has been seeing Cassie for about 6 months now for her regular grooming appointments. We left our previous groomer due to an undisclosed injury and that has brought on a lot of stress for me and my pup surrounding grooming. Cassie has been extremely understanding and careful with Rosie. She always does a wonderful job and i have peace of mind leaving Rosie with Cassie! If you are looking for a Groomer in the Nashville area, look no further! Just book your appointment! When it comes to vet services i feel the exact same way. Both Dr. Durbin and Dr. Savage have shown nothing but love and provided exceptional care to Rosie. Rosie has a chronic infection that flairs up pretty frequently and both Dr's have done a wonderful job keeping those flair ups at a minimum. Plus i HIGHLY recommend the Thrive Plus Membership as it has saved me thousands of dollars over the last year. The care they provide is nothing but exceptional and i am so grateful to have Thrive as our Vet and Groomer!

Monique and all the staff are amazing! They did such an awesome job on Astro. My dog is not the most friendly, but they all treat him like he is a gift from God. I’ve been coming to them since I first got Astro and the customer service is always on point. I feel like Astro and I are apart of their family. If you’re in Nashville, this is definitely hands down the best one stop shop for your fur babies!

Thrive has been a breath of fresh air: the environment, the level of service and care and genuine heart for their clientele. The staff feels like having friends look after my fur baby. And even through loss of another one last year they have been so sweet and considerate in the way they communicate with me and care for my remaining senior baby. I never feel rushed if I have questions or concerns and I've never felt ignored. Whether its text, phone call, email or face to face, they make sure you feel heard which is huge since we are all taking care of those that can't speak for themselves. The facility is ALWAYS clean and inviting and smells fresh lol. Also: the fur baby we lost was cremated and the care they extended to us was so gentle and thoughtful. When I went to "pick him up" I was so shocked at the exquisitely executed final arrangements. As gorgeous as he was in life he was returned to me in equal fashion. Its the small things that are consistently done well and compound. But they've managed to do the big things (and sometimes sad things) consistently well also.

If you are looking for a groomer for your fur baby, Cassi is absolutely amazing! My Samoyed is very vocal and definitely not a fan of bath time but Cassi is so patient and calm with her every single visit. It takes a special kind of groomer to handle all that fluff and sass, and Cassi does it with total professionalism and care. She always does an awesome job — my dog looks absolutely beautiful when she’s done. Her coat is perfectly cleaned and brushed out, and the trimming is exactly how we ask every time. Cassi really listens and makes sure we get precisely what we want. Communication with Thrive - Wedgewood is supurb. Reminders are timely and we're notified as soon as our girl is ready to be picked up. I can’t recommend Cassi enough. She’s the best!
