GoodVets The Gulch

My dog, Devo, and I had a great experience at Good Vets! This was my first time bringing him to a vet after adopting him, so I didn’t know what to expect, but they knocked it out of the park. From the moment we walked through the door, everyone was not only incredibly kind, but super happy to see my pup! I can tell the ladies here really enjoy their work, and it does wonders on making the experience more comfortable for mom and dog! The waiting room is cozy and clean, and the exam was super quick and affordable, even with a few vaccines being administered. Parking is so easy, and my dog left with some new friends and a belly full of treats:) I will definitely continue to come back for all of his heath needs, and I recommend others do the same with their pets!

Everyone was so kind and helpful! from the receptionist, the vet technician and the veterinarian. I really appreciate how gentle and kind they were to my cat. everyone was knowledgeable and answered my questions. I left happy knowing my elderly cat is in good hands and we have a solid plan to maintain her health. thank you all!

My first visit at The GoodVets Germantown exceeding my expectations! I adopted a stray who was fostered and was very nervous how he would do at the vet, but Dr. Vaughn was wonderful! Tobi seemed to be extremely comfortable and well cared for after coming back in from his shots. They answered all of my questions are were so helpful with any concern. The team is fantastic and I would recommend them to any pet parent in the Nashville area!

A heartfelt thank you to the incredible staff both the receptionist and vet tech, as well as Dr. Jenn D. for your kindness and patience with my little anxious boy. You thoroughly examined him and took the time to truly listen to my concerns. I never felt rushed or pressured—just surrounded by pure professionalism and exceptional care. I am beyond grateful for today’s visit. You all are truly the best! 💕 PD. The dog treats were the cherry on top! Very tasty and variations for doggies with allergy sensitivity.

This was my first visit to Good Vets. I had a lovely experience. The staff was really kind, patient, and answered all my questions. I was worried about the location being in the gulch with parking, but it was not an issue. There is a gravel lot sort of to the side/behind the building that they can validate for 1 hour. I appreciated the kindness and patience of the staff most. I didn't feel like I was being rushed out. They even helped trim some of my little buddy’s mattes while we waiting for his skin to clear up a bit to get his vaccines updated for a real groom.

Having been to multiple vets all over the country, I will never stray away from GoodVets! This is the first clinic where I have noticed my pet has been treated with comprehensive care, especially a thorough exam. So obvious that both the vet and staff genuinely care!!!

Dr. Siegfried is the best! Will be scheduling all of my pups appointments with her. She was so gentle with him and didn’t make the vet a scary experience.
