Hillsboro Animal Hospital: Hendrix Stephen DVM

My poodle has recently started being treated at Hillsboro Animal Hospital. She has been seen by Dr. Chlada and Dr Given so far. Both have been so thorough and were generous with time answering all my questions. The staff has been great about returning calls when additional questions have come up. I’m looking forward to having Hillsboro as our new vet since our recent move to Green Hills.

Dr. Chlada and the rest of the staff at Hillsboro Animal Hospital are fantastic! We've brought our cats to them for wellness visits, surgeries (neutering), and boarding, and have had a great experience across the board. Couldn't recommend them more!

Dr. Wall was phenomenal in being both thoughtful, direct and deeply informative in addressing our dogs’ concerns! The vet techs were also incredibly engaged and equally compassionate and attentive in care. This was our first visit and we are simply in awe and so thankful in same! A million thanks do not suffice - We have found our new vet! I also want to comment on the layout of this hospital for those of you with anxious/reactive pets. Walking in is a wide linear space that immediately directs you to your exam room and once the exam is over the hall entered immediately directs to you to the exit. This is amazing in alleviating stress for pets easily over threshold when passing unknown persons/pets and of course, helps reduce stress in pet-parents in same! This closed loop design reads as intentional as their staffing and for that I am so thankful!

I cannot say enough about the sweet care this place has given my Great Dane!! All of the staff seems to really care and Dr. Lad has gone above and beyond to call after hours, check in on how he is doing and that honestly means the world to me. Duke has gotten so much attention every time he has been there. Love this animal hospital!!

This is a great veterinarian. You can usually get an appointment fairly quickly and when you arrive wait times to see the Vet are fairly quick. The review and care your pet is comprehensive and they do follow up proactively

Dr. Given is awesome! He takes such good care of my bunny.
