We are from out of town and were headed to the airport when our dog got an eye injury. I called Elm Hill Vet Clinic at 4:00 AM, and they returned my call as soon as the office opened. Dr. King was incredibly thorough and informative, taking the time to explain exactly what was going on. I really appreciated his detailed explanation and his compassion. He is a wonderful veterinarian.
The BEST vet we have ever had. Attentive and kind staff. Dr. King is wonderful and even our crazy Dolly trusts him. She can be a handful but they never make me feel like she’s too much trouble. The location is great and even if we had to drive farther we would! I’d refer them to anyone looking for a new vet! I’d give 10 stars if I could!
My dog is extremely anxious when going to the vet. The whole staff was very accomodating, allowing us to wait in the car until her appointment time and figuring out the best situation for her. Dr. King went above and beyond to gain her trust and made us both feel at ease. I've never had a better experience at a vet - thank you!!
We've been going to Dr. King for our cats and dogs for around a decade now. They're always helpful and friendly and we know we can rely on them. They've been great even with our more nervous pets.
Cooper is heading back and he is excited! Wow! This veterinary clinic is easy in, easy on the pet (Cooper) and very reasonable. Such a nice feeling knowing that I can be with Cooper while he gets his shots. I was able to be with my children when they received their shots. Brought Cooper back for a check up and to get his heart worm and flea and tick medicine. He got his nails clipped without any problems. Ears, heart and teeth checked. Cooper has picked up a couple of pounds so we’ll watch that.
Ive been bringing fur babies here for over 20 years. All the staff has some sort of calming magic that can relax any pet which of course makes you feel at ease. They dont upsell you but genuinely care to give you all options to best fit your pet.
My cat was sick and I brought her in and unfortunately she had to be euthanized and I just want to say that the staff was so kind and compassionate. They showed how much they truly care. I highly recommend them!
