Excellent service! I went for a vaccine clinic and they were great. They were efficient and didn’t try to sell extras that my pup didn’t need. Doc. B Miller was very knowledgeable and professional. If they were closer, I’d use them consistently. Definitely recommend!
This isn’t my regular veterinarian, but they were the only clinic available when my dog’s cyst ruptured and she needed immediate care. Over the past two months, we’ve had 5 visits, including treatment for inflammation, surgery, and suture removal. Throughout every visit, the staff has been incredibly kind, compassionate, and attentive. It’s clear that everyone here genuinely cares about both their patients and the people who love them. I’m very grateful for the excellent care my dog received.
The staff at Donelson Animal Hospital are very helpful and supportive. The vet techs have treated my foster cats with such care and have helped me feel confident at a pet owner. Dr. Miller is thorough and so knowledgeable. She has taken her time to listen to my concerns and to ensure that my fosters are truly healthy before being adopted.
Donelson animal hospital is about pets and people and NOT money. We have been with them for the past 10 years now and they have helped us through some very difficult times with our pets. Amy, (their long time vet tech is so kind, gentle and supportive). Their newest vet is experienced and seasoned. So many times in our past we have experienced vets who want to throw every test at us ($$$$) instead of using their experience and wisdom to help problem solve. I’ve been bringing foster kitties here for a few years and the staff always take great care of the cats and never treated me different because I was through a foster group. They are helpful, timely and kind to me and the cats.
I have taken my cat there. The vet and the staff are kind, compassionate and more than capable. I will definitely being returning.
The vet was great so was his assistant. I was in and out in 30 minutes with my 5 foster kittens!
