The staff, especially Kayla, we're all so kind and patient. I called in worried about pricing and timely care. They broke things down for me, gave me the best price estimate in the county and offered to help with challenging pet drop off and pick up arrangements. STRONGLY RECOMMEND.

10/10!! Absolutely amazing people. Very affordable health care services for our lil one, and helped made our experience owning a new puppy so memorable. Unfortunately was turned away from Petco because of the "vets preference" and was so happy they did because they would’ve charged us hundreds of dollars when they claim to be low cost. Regardless, we will continue to go to Sky canyon for future care with our puppy! Thank you so much guys! ❤️❤️❤️

I inherited my parents 2 dogs. This is close to their home, so this was the perfect place to start. Taking care of these two fur babies, Klaus and Duggie. I've been here before I've helped my son take his two fur babies here years ago. 💙 I was greeted when I first came in and did not have a long wait at all. It was very quite short, which is nice. Wasn't busy. Had a place is sit. Add cute TV to watch and then I was in dogs got the shots. It was really quite nice. It was in and out.

My dog is terrified of the vet and a bit reactive. Going to Sky Canyon makes the whole experience much less stressful for both of us. The doctors are all amazing and very knowledgeable! I’m also so thankful to one of the vet techs, Monique! She’s taken the time during the stress to talk me through the anxiety and also formed a special bond with my dog. When she sees his name on their schedule she tries to be the one to come get him from the room & is so sweet with him! It makes the whole experience so much easier on us both. We’re so thankful for all of the staff here & recommend them to everyone!

I would like to give a huge thanks to the team at Sky Canyon Animal Hospital, specifically Monique whom was the vet nurse that helped us with the vaccines for my 3 fur babies, Lobo, Thayra, and Zeus. Monique was super sweet and although my girl cane corso had an accident in the exam room, Monique was very professional and reassuring and just overall an amazing person. Thank you so much. I was a bit stressed about taking three big dogs to get their vaccines, but the team made it so easy and swift that I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else for my fur babies. Thank you guys again! ❤️

I wanted to give this place a chance but when it comes to my pets only the best will do. I have a rule, if the reception people are rude that to me is a reflection of the entire operation. Anytime I see reception staff with sleeve tattoos that's a red flag. And I'm usually never wrong. I also don't like being kept waiting. When I make an appointment and show up on time I expect the same from you.

Vet care was amazing. What was not amazing was the front reception staff. Most of them are really snobby, have made multiple mistakes, and then give you attitude for it. I’ve been here multiple times this month, and more than twice I have witnessed them mistreating other clients as well. Make sure to double-check anything they say and charge you for, even if they act snobby when confirming. I was charged $500 instead of $200 because they refilled me for all the medications when I only asked for one. They didn’t even give me the medication I asked for, nor did I receive a refund only a credit to my account. I understand they’re very busy, but that’s not the way to treat clients, especially when they are the ones making the mistake, not the client. I’ve read many reviews about the rude receptionist team here, and I have to agree after giving them MULTIPLE chances. I even had another person speak up and say they didn’t like the way the receptionist spoke to me so I will be taking my business elsewhere as well. I thought I could get over the rudeness but it gets to a point where they’re not doing their job properly!! So be cautious when paying and making appointments please
