I almost never leave reviews like this but I had to highlight how wonderful this vet practice is! Everyone was super kind when I brought my cat in for an urgent appointment. Dr. Fang was so nice and caring, and was so thorough in his explanation of the treatment plan and was able to give me options that worked for me and my kitty! He even followed up with me to check in on how my boy was doing. The nurse was super kind and patient as well. My cat is now doing so much better thanks to the staff here, I am so grateful! I will be bringing my cat here from now on!

Dr.Fang is by far the best veterinarian !!! He was an angel that God sent us during a tragic emergency we had with our dog of 12 years . Dr. Fang was very knowledgeable, patient and compassionate. Our hearts were crushed … Bolt was bleeding internally and we had to make a big decision. Dr. Fang was very thorough on explaining Bolts medical condition and made us at peace with our decision. Dr. Fang was so patient with us , gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes . I’ve never met a veterinarian that was so passionate about his profession . When Bolt was put to sleep Dr. Fang asked if he could do a prayer for Bolt and our family. I will definitely be switches vets and taking my other three dogs to him . Dr. Fang, thank you for all your love and support during this difficult time . We would also like to give a shout out to his amazing staff!! They were incredibly kind and supportive during one of the hardest times we’ve ever faced , they treated us with compassion, patience and genuine care . We are forever grateful. The entire team is incredibly responsive, whether it’s scheduling, follow-ups, or urgent questions, they always get back to us quickly and reliably. What really stands out is how welcoming and kind everyone is. You’re always greeted with a smile, and it genuinely feels like they care about both you and your pets. The staff is knowledgeable, thorough, and never rushes through anything. We especially appreciate that the doctors personally call to explain test results and walk through recommendations. I had called and brought in my cat Forest last night to this place and let me tell you. I had a really great experience. The staff was so professional, very kind and very caring for Forest. Doctor Ross was very professional and took the time to examine Forest and help her to making her feel better. To me, it was worth the wait and the price was very reasonable. Thanx Doctor Ross and staff! You guys are awesome!

I'm kicking off Thanksgiving week by expressing my gratitude to Dr. Tanner Ross and all the amazing care that Dr. Ross and his team has given to my dog, Winterwolf. I have gone to Pet Wellness Center for my dog's veterinary needs for over a year and I have been blessed to have found this place. I truly appreciate Dr. Ross for his integrative approach, his compassionate care and his dedication to bring out the best in the veterinary field. Winterwolf is very happy to see him for every appointment; her cheerful tail wags and excited greetings say it all. I am grateful for Dr. Ross and his honesty and integrity. Dr. Ross, you have my trust and confidence.

I have never had a greater experience with my pet at a clinic. From the check-in to the exit out everything was well orchestrated and seamless. The providers were all attentive, friendly and thorough. I loved everything about our visit and look forward to continuing our care here. I have already recommended you to several friends of mine.

This is a hard post but they deserve the review. Last week our much loved family dog was hit by a car. Her heart stopped but We rushed her in to Pet Wellness Center where they intubated her and performed CPR to try and resuscitate her. It was almost 11 pm and then were open, so that earned them the first star. They were so incredibly caring and made heroic efforts, continuing CPR far longer than I would have thought to. And when it was time to make decisions about what to do with her body, they were so helpful in guiding me in the decisions and prepping her to be seen by our kids. What incredible professionals! We are so deeply grateful for their help in such a hard time.
